It also includes a tax on indoor tanning. That's racist!
Ok, I LOL'd at that one.
rep. john dingell (d-mi), the dean of the house of representatives for being the longest serving member of the body (he was first elected in 1955, succeeding his father, rep. john dingell, sr.), made an amazing admission during a live telephone interview with detroit wjr news/talk 760 radio talk show host paul w. smith on smith's show monday morning, march 22, 2010. the night before, dingell had been a featured speaker at the democrat congressional leadership victory press conference after obamacare passed the house.. in response to a question posed by smith, dingell said:.

we are bringing it to a halt.

Wow, the libs are awfully quiet tonight.
Yawn. It's because your threads are ridiculous, and you never answer anyone when they show you how wrong you are.
how to tell if someone is an atheist:.

Meh...good concept, but I was a bit let down in its execution. I give it 6/10. lol

Is there a law that states that I can't?
Yes. It was part of the health care reform legislation. Your ramblings cause harm to our well being. Proceed directly to jail.

So when people are laid off, the law still requires you to obtain health insurance, how will you pay for it if you have no money coming in to pay for it? You're an instant criminal right then and there.
You really are clueless.

And it begins, fees going up everywhere to pay for health care....
Oh please. Nothing has changed yet, so why would fees go up already?
Obviously that place was run by conservatives pissed about HCR, so they are just lashing out. Immature.
things are what they are.. everything acts according to its nature.. nothing escapes its own nature.. we cannot be other than what we are and our "choices" follow our nature.. consequently, can we not say correctly that free choice is merely our ignorance of the fact that all our actions and choices are predetermined by our nature?.
1. if you are offered either a handful of dog poop or a cold dove bar---is your "choice" really much of a choice?
2. offer a heterosexual male a night with a hot chick or a hot dude...is the outcome really "choice"?
Thank you Razziel.
The real quesiton is.... are quantum events truly random? Or if we saved the entire state of the universe, restored to a previous point, would quantum events happen exactly the way they did before. This is the key to determining if the universe is truly a deterministic machine. ;)
i try to understand why other people believe what they believe.
the author discussed in the article below evidently wants to hide his head in the sand and paint all atheists with the same broad, incorrect brush.
it's as if he's never actually sat down with an atheist and had friendly conversation.. .
Otherwise, the statement is a non-sequitur.
I thought that. An atheist rebelling against God is like an atheist hating God. Perhaps it would have been better worded as "a rebellion against the concept of a god," but we know what the intended point was.

Atheists are SINNERS. They ARE ALL GOIN TO HELL.
Yes, but at least all my friends will be there with me.
for those who still have to go to meetings or are still in for one reason or another but no longer beleive, why not hurt the wt finacially as much as you can by ordering books and getting as much literature as you can and not paying for it.. i would not want to suggest dipping your hand in the contributions destined for the wt coffers as that would be illegal but it has crossed my mind and morally i see nothing wrong with stealing from these frauds..
Isn't that a bit like bringing down Mount Everest with a tablespoon?
