Favourite female heroes in film ...

she's a complete mary sue.

but, before hollywood tried to force sjw propaganda down our throats, there were lots of powerful, legit female characters in film.. here are some of my favourites .... ripley (sigourney weaver): i though this character was great.

Rey is not a Mary Sue. Compared to Anakin, her abilities are far more logical. But apparently testes allow a nine year old to fly podracers at 1,000km/h and fly a spacefighter, as well as being an ace mechanic. I mean, an attractive 20ish women by herself on a frontier planet would never have learnt how to defend herself, nor have depended upon her technical skills to eat, and the fact she even says she’s flown spacecraft sub-orbitally probably got missed with her boobs getting in the way of some men listening.

He is a self-promoting criminal thug and football hooligan who has been in the leadership of several anti-immigrant organisations that attract large numbers of out-and-out racists.

Last year he was given a suspended sentence for endangering a fair trial. This year he did the same thing again, and is serving 13 months (original sentence plus sentence for reoffending).

He’s gotten exactly what he deserved.

if anyone takes the time to research the cases in addition to the fact some pretty marginal Muslims (i.e. they weren’t pillars of the Muslim community) didn’t get reported by their own community, the girls were failed by the parents, the police and social workers.

We can all get rightfully angry about sexual predators but the majority of the news coverage has failed to highlight the fact these girls were treated appallingly by those meant to protect them.

i’m aiming for short but memorable sentences that will stick in jws minds and also make them laugh a little at their own organisation.. my best so far is ‘this is not a protest, it’s an overlapping protest’.

Since You Left The Organization Do You Celebrate National and Religious Holidays?

i know of people who were disciplined because they observed the fourth of july fireworks celebration.

and i know many people who celebrated thanksgiving but just didn’t call it that because they could get into trouble with the elders.. do you now celebrate birthdays and other holidays or is that something you really don’t care about?

Yes, and you would believe an article by one of the papers most opposed to regulation for what reason? Come on Metaron, you read the WT and A! long enough to pick up on the loaded language, surely?

And let's make no mistake, by regulation we are talking about (for example) making newspapers more laible for unwarranted intrusions into people lives. An example is when the some of the British press systematicallym over several years hacked into the voicemail of celebrities and private individuals who had come to the attention of the press - like a 14 year-old girl who was abducted and killed and whose parents were given false hope when their daughter's voicemail was picked up (as they thought it was her, not some gutter-rat scum sucker).

We are not talking about any real restrictions on newspapers reporting real news. We are talking about protecting members of the public from tabloid newspapers who don't care whose lives they wreck if it sells some copies. And make no mistake that newpapers couldd still publish what they wanted... they would just be more accountable for their actions, and people wrongly slandered by the press would be more likely to see some justice.

The newspapers would rather self-regulate, which is a bit like sharks self-regulating if it is bad to eat people.

Maybe you would make comments like that if the person involved was a man... I doubt it, but I'll give you the maybe. Then you're just being unnecessarily rude.

I think the most noticable thing about her face is the SADNESS in it; she looks like she wants to cry. Given her story it is pretty obvious why.
