I would like to say it again: His Academic Pedigree is outstanding;
He schooled at one of the top schools in my country, a Dairy Farm-boy by upbringing and attended the Natal University before going on to Oxford with the Rhodes Scholarship . Also a long-distance white-water canoeist.

Can You Really Become Inactive Instead of DA'ing and Keep Your Family
by truth-or-consequences inoz branch coordinator terrence o'brien opined a number of times at about 1:00:00 until about 1:15:00 of his testimony, that a dub does not need to da, they can become "inactive.".
i sent our beloved angus stewart my personal experience, as well as observations about official borg teachings.
(he replied in short order.).

Wife and I have faded out completely and we have been cut off by all the Dubs and a lot of family-dubs now have limited contact with us ie no invites or acceptance of our invites to socialise etc . So you will have to deal with this "conditional love" bred into the Dub DNA now.
You will initially get the mandatory phone call or even visit to encourage you ! This is where you may wish to answer carefully.
I had been in severe Depression so I harped back on that - but later I antagonised the el-dubbery with e-mails which got them a bit ped-off and I think they merely put out the word in the "grapevine" that I was tending toward the big A. But I have been left alone ........................till a more suitable time it seems.And the more they leave me the better !

The recent Royal Commission hearings have stirred up my emotions ....
by troubled mind ini hope the royal commission will be able to force the jw organization to take a serious look at itself ,and will cause some much needed changes.. i have been following the trial faithfully ,and unfortunately it has dredged up some deep pains from years ago .
you think some of that old baggage is neatly packed away never meant to see the light of day again .....but then boom there it is again .. hearing what bcg had to go through, and how she felt trying to get help from the elders was heart-wrenching.
i remember the terrible way young women were treated in the 1970's .

Jw kids setting off fire alarms in hotels
by purrpurr ina friend of mine is staying at a hotel next to one of the big convention sites this weekend.
yesterday she tells me one of the hotels had to be evacuated and the fire brigade called when the fire alarm went off.. it turned out to be a bunch of jw kids having a prank.
she had been speaking to the hotel manager who told her that this happens every year and only when the jw's come to stay!.

A question the Chair (Mclellan) may want to ask G. Jackson
by Indian Larry inmr. jackson, we have heard testimony from mr spinks and mr. obrien that women will never have leadership positions in the congregation.
as i understand it mr. jackson, you interpret revelation 7 to mean that only 144,000 will go to heaven and that these 144,000 will rule the earth.
i also understand that your organization teaches that women are part of this "remnant" of 144,000. can you explain why jesus christ is willing to put women in leadership over the entire earth but you are not willing to permit them to have anything to do with helping victims of pedophiles in your congregation?

i decided not to, after noticing the simple flaw in the calculation of 1914. the implications are huge, i.e the appointment of the fds is a fraud.
i some days ago informed them of the private watchtower documents that are in my possession courtesy of the royal commission.

Judicial Committee Preparation
Recently a friend inquired about how to best prepare for a judicial committee hearing from the prospective of the subject individual. At a minimum I recommend the following:
When invited to the hearing (or to any “meeting” with local elders) make damn sure you question whether this is for a judicial hearing. If it is stated that this is the purpose of the “meeting” then ask:
1. Will any documents of record be made of this meeting?
2. Who will make/produce the documentation?
3. Who will have access to the documents of record?
4. Will this documentation contain information about my person, including my name and details discussed during the meeting?
5. Will I have access to any and all documentation of this meeting? If not, why not?
6. Will I have opportunity to object to any official documentation of the judicial hearing?
7. Can you record the meeting with a voice or video recorder? If not, why not?
8. Ask to have a personal advisor present during your judicial hearing. Reject any notion that sitting judiciaries (elders) will give any advice you might need during the process.
9. Make notes of answers to these questions and have the elder(s) initial it as an authentic record of thein invitation to your judicial hearing. If they refuse this then just include this refusal in your note.Make these men go on record on these issues.
If you choose to attend the judicial hearing then, at a minimum, I recommend that you bring a friend along to sit and wait for you immediately outside the hearing room, and:
1. Do not answer any questions whatsoever, including making an opening statement.
2. Ask for proof of any accusations made against your person.
3. Insist that any witnesses testify in person.
4. Reject testimony given by elders who are also serving as members of the judiciary.
5. Keep meticulous records. Go with paper and pen in hand. Insist on writing down any questions asked, word for word. Insist on writing down any answers given, word for word. This will be time consuming and laborious. But insist on it. If you are told such documentation is disallowed then ask why, and write down what you are told. Hand this record over to your friend immediately as you leave the room as a witness to your record keeping.Any witnesses who testify in your behalf should likewise take meticulous notes. If elders deny this then these witnesses should demand the privilege as a constitutional right. If they continue to be denied then they should state that they are reporting the incident to the police and their attorney.
If you are told that you are disallowed from meticulously documenting your own judicial hearing then refuse to be involved with the process and state that you are calling the police and your attorney to report a violation of your constitutional rights. Announce that your lawsuit will seek damages from the Watchtower Society, the local congregation and each elder on the judicial committee.

I told my body to come and have a Barbecue and Beer with me and actually get to know me and what I do etc before trying to "adjust" me but that I am not interested in a Tribunal. So they just left me and cut us off completely -
