  An interesting point - brought to my attention by someone listening to the Video.

  According to GJ:

  GB decisions are made by majority vote and sometimes this doesn’t happen because 1 or 2 consciences won’t allow it, so they leave the matter do research and come back to the matter. Often they have been misguided in choices they have made for everyone, but everyone has to follow it . What about the consciences of the flock who can’t abide by certain decisions they have made. So their consciences are more important than the flock and the flock must abide by their consciences?

  i emailed mr. stewart about jackson's testimony, asking if the video link would be visible to the public.. this was his prompt reply:.

  You cant even get a direct answer to a Bible-based Question from the Gobbelling Bubbles but Mr Stewart [despite the e-mail load we buggers must be creating ] answers e-mails within 30 minutes -

  I would like to say it again: His Academic Pedigree is outstanding;

  He schooled at one of the top schools in my country, a Dairy Farm-boy by upbringing and attended the Natal University before going on to Oxford with the Rhodes Scholarship . Also a long-distance white-water canoeist.

  Can You Really Become Inactive Instead of DA'ing and Keep Your Family

  oz branch coordinator terrence o'brien opined a number of times at about 1:00:00 until about 1:15:00 of his testimony, that a dub does not need to da, they can become "inactive.".

  i sent our beloved angus stewart my personal experience, as well as observations about official borg teachings.

  (he replied in short order.).

  Wife and I have faded out completely and we have been cut off by all the Dubs and a lot of family-dubs now have limited contact with us ie no invites or acceptance of our invites to socialise etc . So you will have to deal with this "conditional love" bred into the Dub DNA now.

  You will initially get the mandatory phone call or even visit to encourage you ! This is where you may wish to answer carefully.

  I had been in severe Depression so I harped back on that - but later I antagonised the el-dubbery with e-mails which got them a bit ped-off and I think they merely put out the word in the "grapevine" that I was tending toward the big A. But I have been left alone ........................till a more suitable time it seems.And the more they leave me the better !

  The recent Royal Commission hearings have stirred up my emotions ....

  i hope the royal commission will be able to force the jw organization to take a serious look at itself ,and will cause some much needed changes.. i have been following the trial faithfully ,and unfortunately it has dredged up some deep pains from years ago .

  you think some of that old baggage is neatly packed away never meant to see the light of day again .....but then boom there it is again .. hearing what bcg had to go through, and how she felt trying to get help from the elders was heart-wrenching.

  i remember the terrible way young women were treated in the 1970's .
