by LaFrancia ini read this from a european blog.
all the bethelites who are part of it (16 in total) own 631,250 shares (value of each share 1 euro).
the shares will generate a dividend, but the bethelites have all taken a vow of poverty.

They are not the ones you found. I'll give you the avoid.org links where you can find all the information.
You can view the files of the 3 financial companies

Who paid the 631,250 euros/dollars for the shares owned by each individual Bethelite?
Bethelites are obliged to give all their extra earnings to the organization, so logically, who will future dividends from MINA TREASURY SERVICES LIMITED go to?
What will these three Irish FINANCIAL companies managed by famous Bethelites, some graduates in high finance, manage? No announcements were made at Bethel or congregation meetings. It remains a mystery
The other two companies have 5 million shares all owned by a single owner, brother Michael White.

Warwick sits on $70 billion?
by LaFrancia in70,000 real estate properties at an average value of $100,000 and perhaps we can say (no one knows for sure) that warwick sits on $70 billion in real estate value.
in the video (deleted by jwborg but available on the avoid.jw website) of the 2018-19 coordinators' committee report (english) shown to all congregations at the mid-week meeting, we find several curious and interesting indications:.

What a mistake! Thanks yes it's 7 billion dollars. This figure is not far from the 10 billion that new companies in Ireland are expected to manage. It all looks very realistic

In the video (deleted by JWBORG but available on the avoid.jw website) of the 2018-19 Coordinators' Committee Report (English) shown to all congregations at the mid-week meeting, we find several curious and interesting indications:

- 606 Kingdom Halls were sold in 2017
- in 2018 the kingdom halls sold were 867 with a 43% y/y increase
- And at the end of 2018, another 3,695 kingdom halls were ready for sale
- furthermore 677 residences and 423 plots of land were ready to be placed on the real estate market
In total the number of kingdom halls owned are over 61,000
while the total properties reach almost 70,000 (based on video screenshots)
Edit : I kept low, in Europe a kingdom hall can be sold for even 300 thousand euros and a villa in Rome (the Italian Bethel had many villas that were sold recently) even for 500 thousand euros.....:-) ))
The only lower value properties will be in Africa and a few other areas

any JW construction going on other than Warwick?
by Magnum inis anybody aware of any kingdom hall builds going on or any kind of ldc activity?
i've been wanting to ask this, and committeechairman's question at the end of this thread, http://www.jehovahs-witness.com/topic/289353/ldc-semininar?page=4&size=20, moved me to go ahead and ask.. i've kind of wondered whether the org leaders got rid of rbcs and instituted the ldc arrangement because they wanted to be able to stop or slow down construction without it being obvious.
if the rbcs were still in existence, it would be obvious that there's nothing (or almost nothing) going on (if that really is the way it is) because rbc personnel would be idle when they were used to being busy.

Another clarification. Today in many parts of the world volunteers are not used for construction, but only partially. There are new regulations from governments and municipalities that require qualified interventions and specialized companies in the sector. In Europe, a specialized external company is used to build the new Italian branch. See the European website polonannicosta.it

There are many incomes, bequests, kingdom hall and branch sales, regular contributions coming in.
Then there are the expenses: in Europe a branch has calculated that each Bethelite requires around 2 thousand euros/dollars every month to provide food, accommodation and all the necessary services including expense reimbursements and monthly donations.
Then they have to support all the missionaries, special pioneers, circuit overseers around the world, some traveling by plane, others in cars purchased from the branches. They still have to print many Bibles and even some publications such as magazines, books and tracts and maintain printing presses. In the end what matters is the balance between income and expenditure which none of us really knows, but I know for a fact that at world headquarters they are alarmed by the chronic lack of funds.
I forgot among the many expenses there are trials, lawyers, television crews sent around the world, agreements for confidential CSAs and I'm sure I'm forgetting something, perhaps losses in bad financial investments
