Chrome or Edge Browser? Which is Better?

so i finally am on windows 10. my computer kept asking me and i kept refusing, but then it went to a countdown and before i had a chance to stop it, it was updating, and i couldn't use my laptop for the full 1000 year reign of jesus christ.. when i finally could use it, i had a problem opening chrome with all my favourite apps or pages stored.

sometimes i have to open edge for for chrome to open.

but i have had a little go a edge.. edge has a different search engine to google, anyone know what it is?

Okay, SimonG and Landy, I can see you both have a lot more knowledge than me. I have read an absorbed everything.

I wanted to buy a fast car, I bought a £9000 Fiesta, 72 horse power and blue tooth 1.25litre, not a Mercedes like my friend SimonL, who spent less, on a faster car. My car is as fast as I need it and I can still burn him off at the lights when he is too busy reading his texts to notice the lights have changed.

If it takes longer than the time it takes to make a coffee I will make cereal too.

Landy, you seem to know what I do as well as SimonL and my daughter, except as well as porn, here, youtube, I go on facebook too. I had to take the bait lol, but I don't go on many, just pornhub really.

SimonG, You have very good advice and perhaps I will educate myself more about laptops while I am on leave for a few weeks.

This wasn't so in my case, it works if you pretty much keep your family in the background and are just seat fillers in the cong, if you're an elder or an MS, or even a female pioneer, with multiple students attending meetings, participate multiple times during the meeting, then quit the ministry cold turkey, and stop participating the CO will most likely try to find out why you have stopped recruiting converts and why your potential recruits have stopped attending meetings all of a sudden. He will be very suspicious, it might even wake him up, many COs are apostates.

Newly baptised converts donate a lot of money as they think they are costing WT a lot of money, and when they hear the bullshit accounts at meetings and assemblies, they feel compelled to donate because WT is "telling the truth" the newly baptised converts feel they have "The Truth" and the belong to "The Truth"

The majority of CO's will follow procedure for the cash cow, they rely on donations too, and other gifts. It's not worth drawing attention to yourself and cold turkey just to see if you can wake up a CO, most of them are selfish arseholes, living in great lovely free houses.

K99, if you ever do decide to come visit, I will take you to the CO's house on Sat evening, they don't have any meetings on a Sat night during a visit, but if it's a sociable cong, he might go out with friends he has made.

Sorry I didn't email you. I have been incredibly busy, but I am glad to see you back.

This is a great OP, I might use it when I go to the trolleys today, I will just show them form my phone and take my silver sword bible reference the scriptures.

I will say I know it's an apostate site and what you say is not credible, but if it's not on JW.org how can we verify it as true or false?

I would be silly to follow blindly as the Catholics do.

if a new topic hangs for ages with spinning icon at "queued for processing " should you give up and post a new copy of the thread or will the eventually result in two threads?.

if it has cleared the first tick "uploading post" can you safely click away from the page?.

servers seem a bit slow recently?.

You may get to see it twice but even the duplicate is queuing.

It's no big deal really if it posts twice. Xant had a double thread about her daughter's graduation, and had multiple replies on both threads.

My Noah's Ark thread double posted too with multiple posts on both. But they were all quite short threads and there was no need to combine them.

I have only every had one double thread combined since I have been here, it was years ago when I didn't know how internet forums worked, and I couldn't see my thread because I was looking in the wrong place.

Thanks for bumping this K99, I missed it six months ago. Cofty Pm'd be about queueing, but must have forgot about this thread. I thought it was my laptop because I didn't clear my cache. But since I have cleared my cache, it's only queued once and then posted at 3am while I was sleeping.

It was pissing me off an bit so I bought a new laptop, but I was having multiple other problems too with my laptop being slow, I am going to do a defrag, what ever that means.

But thanks for the bump, looking forward to your new thread. What's it about?

Cofty, you're being paranoid. The thread wasn't to damage your reputation it was all about me me me as Simon has pointed not you but me.

I am not going to argue with you about my other thread. Simon can delete it if it upsets you that much.

This thread is about new photographic evidence I have found that makes me want to change my mind and not convert to Atheism anymore.
