  Blondie, they mentioned in the video about weekend mornings too. They also mentioned the field service. Good point about pioneering, WT really do try and take advantage of pensioners to do their recruitment work. I hadn't really thought about this before.

  Xant, it's so good today for the kids, I just mentioned in another post that they are out today with each other. Reunited for the first time in two and a half years.

  Lol I love your number one, your number two is good, but I pioneered and went on holidays so you were too lazy the CO was right lol, only joking. I wasn't actually appointed as a pioneer, but they didn't mind me doing the hours and giving up my job, I wasn't submissive enough. What? Who? Me?

  Interesting thread. I missed it 9 months ago. I am annoyed that I couldn't join in the conversation. We didn't have a court ruling, but my son refused to go to meetings with his dad, and his dad was trying to force him. Eventually his dad gave up.

  This was when we were in court about 18 months ago, I could have used it as a precedent if there are similar historical cases. But it's good to know if the situation arises again or other posters are in the same position. Good find Orphan.

  when a brother is introduced before a talk the audience is now given their life history/ major accomplishments .. "brother arsehole who served at bethal for five years, pioneered in the foreign language territory for ten years, is an elder in x congregation and serves in the construction projects blah blah blah".

  this puffing up never used to happen?

  You did not really respond. You think I am using insulting language and you don't think Cofty is. Look at everything him and Outlaw have said on this thread.

  Utter bollocks. Who is this strawman exactly? Compassion is entirely rational. There are so many canards about atheism in your posts it almost reads like satire. - Cofty

  You an atheist, saying this to a boy who is 18, living with a father who is trying to control him. Is this what you view as compassion? If you talked to my 23 yr old daughter this way I would not find you compassionate. And yes I am being a growly momma bear. I don't know how old your kids are but I bet you wouldn't treat them like this if they believed in God, but if you do that's a problem right there don't you think?

  Stop trying to convert looter and leave him alone now. He has other more important things to do with his life.

It's clear to me that you just don't understand which is okay but don't say I've failed when some people have got what I said and if I were to put my main point out in just a few short sentences, you and others most likely would have reacted strongly based on your past discussions. Most probably wouldn't have given me a chance to even plead my case. - looter

  I comprehend everything you have written. I think your literacy skills are better than mine and you're only 18 and I am 43. Some people like Cofty, are very intelligent in a lot of ways, but may not understand you because they are less able to see your perspective as they have their own perspective they are happy with.

  Looter you haven't failed at all. I am very impressed you are ale to debate with someone who has 7 years experience debating compared to you. On the other hand perhaps you've been debating with your dad for many years.

  2. More rewarding job than pioneering

  3. Great new posh apartment

  4. Dating guys heee heeee heeeee (premaritals lol)

  5. The best of all. A really great relationship with both my kids, and they are awake and pursuing great goals.

  Okay I can see responding to Cofty's challenge was not the end of the thread. I am very busy living my life right now, so I will respond to.....

  K99, Cofty, and Viv, In a couple of weeks. Kids in the UK have broken up from school for the summer and my friend needs my help packing and unpacking, he is moving next weekend. Plus I have a job and hobbies now, and go on the odd date too.
