  the michael brown tragedy has garnered a lot of attention in the media recently highlighted.

  by the recent county court decision to not indict the lone officer who did the shooting which caused the death of micheal brown.. .. now after more information of the event has been released openly to the public, we can evaluate upon are self.

  in are own opinion toward was the law handed out in this particular event proportionately fair or to a professional standard ?.

  If you didn't grow up in the USA, you have little chance of understanding the nuances of race relations in that country, just as a man will never really be able to understand what it's like to give birth.

  Hell, it varies from region-to-region. A person in Seattle, WA, will have absolutely NO idea what it's like to be black in Louisana,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, RIGHT?

  so, let's stick to the case, the facts ,and leave the racial judgements where they belong ............. in the category of "It's one of the biggest SNAFUs in history, and I sure as hell don't know how to fix it".

  after a thorough investigation and weighing of the evidence the grand jury has decided not to indict the officer.. the reaction so far seems as predicted - people refuse to accept that the result represents justice despite claims that is what they wanted.. there is now violence and vandalism, including gunshots.

  We do not need the Race baiting Hustlers .like Al Sharpton and his hordes profiting from thragedies within the African American Community and twisting it into deliberate racism. He's the Racist. He and his ilk have no standing and I can only believe that he was counting on the outcome that occured. .The race baiters have made a theiving violent thug into a martyr. He does not reflect the true heroes below, who much more represent the injustices that occurred against our African American fellow countrymen.

  I apologize for saying POS. I have no excuse, nor explanation.

  It was an awful thing to say. I guess, I let my feelings about the hate-mongers take over. Not the 'white' haters, but the black.

  There are so many, for lack of a better term "African-American" heroes - young men and women who REFUSE to give in to the system of hate, and are seeking a brighter future.

  THis young man, couldn't see that. Hell, he's no hero, but he was not a POS.

  Do you think it's becase they are poor or because they are black? I think it's unfair to pick and chose your stats and causes with "black" as the cause when they are the victim but "poor" as the cause then they are the perp.

  EXACTLY. The root cause of this incident is poverty, not racism. The poor are disenfranchised with the bullshit lie that everyone is equal. It is even more apparent in the African American community, which has been oppressed from DAY ONE. White, poor folks, are just 'waking up' to that fact now.

  That "black kid who was born in East LA" probably thinks that way because of his "poor education" and may have been told that he will be forever labeled, however, Talesin what about all of the other black individuals who have overcome all different kinds of adversity that they may have been born into and made success of their lives?

  Yeah, spoken like a true, privileged white person. lol, I wouldn't wish it on anyone, but hell, you have NO CONCEPT in your mind, of what it's like to grow up in that situation. Go and volunteer for a few years - but wait, that would surely not be YOUR path, and I would be very surprised if you said you did. Live in poverty for a while ... I'm sure your tune would change.
