  Hello there,

  I am so sorry about your father. But I think it was such a wonderful thing for you to say to him (even if you didnt believe it thats ok) you gave him a comforting secure thought for him to pass on with. And, you gave him permission to go. Good for you, that was very loving of you. I know how it feels to have family members in the borg that you want to help out. I wish you the best with that. Welcome to the board.

  Crying at the movies

  i have a hard time expressing my emotions in front of others.

  i mean, i'd rather be naked than to let anyone see me cry.

  however, there are a few movies that can, in spite of my best efforts, make me bust out crying like a little girl: .

  Before I was married to my hubby, I went out on a date, with someone else not him. We saw dances with wolves, and my date CRIED! I actually thought it was very cute, he was a sensitve guy, it made me like him more.

  On the other hand, once when I wanted a nice romantic date with my hubby several years ago, we went to see shakeseare in love, and he ended up SNORING very loudly through the movie, people turned around and looked, and we ended having to leave. That was disappointing.

  I prefer crying to snoring at movies

  QUIET signs at assemblies

  lol...this one kills me.

  again this year brothers had to walk the halls carrying signs that said "quiet please" everyone just ignores these poor embarrassed brothers.

  the assemblay is going on and yet the halls are full of ppl walking, visiting, cruisin'.

  So does the piece of toast the kid hid under the bed the day before!

  hee hee Stefanie! with us its weinies (sp?) and string cheese.

  But I do actually like the spongebob cartoons, have you ever just sat there and watched that one with your kids, it is pretty funny!
