What flaver do you like for your shampoo you babbling, clueless geniuses?

for me it's the use of : .
it's as a possessive - it's means "it is", so if you don't want to say "it is" don't use the apostrophe.
there are others that bug me but this one is the worst.

Welcome! Glad you are here.
as former jws i was wondering if anyone else was plagued with nighmares at the thought of joining a new religion.
i worried that if i "open the door" i might end up in another choke hold!!!!
hellllp!
I also would never join another religion. But, what I have done is, I drop in on one church very close to home, as much as I can on Sunday morning. This is just to give my children some sort of church in their lives. You can do a little like that, just church on Sunday, but no committment to become a member. I still get real wary when I hear them putting any kind of emphasis on babptism (we've seen a few since we've been there, swimming pool is right inside of the stage).
I think in the U.S., you can be audited as far back as 7 years.
na,na ,i told now they all know...............happy- birthday : .
.
Hope you have a wonderful b-day, doing anything exciting?

My hubby says "I seen" instead of "I saw"
I stopped letting it drive me crazy about five years ago.
(watching my spelling, p's q's, grammar, this post. Mine are always full of errors. I type fast and DONT proofread)
i need your advice.... i've used pepsodent since i was a little boy.

i have about another week's worth left in this tube, then i'm going to have to change brands.
cogate, regular flavor. Anything minty or that is a gel, makes me want to barf...
.
and how many of you feel because of that, you never really got to be a "teenager"?
codeblue
I was raised JW since age 4. And yes, pretty bad being in while teenager, especially being an elders daughter, and having strict parents. I remember the phrase, still rings in my ears, just like it was yesterday "YOU CANT, how would it look, you are elders daughters". Those years are already such a difficult time of life, the borg adds 10 more tons of pressure, to what already is a hard time of life.
I was a late bloomer too because of it.
we went to a college football game tonight.
i thoroughly enjoyed the singing of the national anthem.
stood up, without a 2nd thought that there should ever be a reason why i shouldnt.
Um stand for national anthem? I always stand what kind of nonsense is that
Um, you are like sooooo spiritually weak! Bad Jehovah's Witness!
Ozzie, I got ALL OF THE ABOVE on your poll (the thread you attached)
Gosh I remember those days all too well, yuk!
What is the John Denver story? Can it be said here, someone fill me in.
PennyCandy, I did the whole birthday party gift thing too, hee hee
Glad to know I am among fellow Dorks

We went to a college football game tonight. I thoroughly enjoyed the singing of the national anthem. Stood up, without a 2nd thought that there should ever be a reason why I shouldnt. And thought back to all those times as a JW the nervous stomach I would experiece as anything patriotic was about to be done. My son stood up, all excited, and then I heard the father behind me tell his son to take his hat off, so I quickly followed suit and told my son to do the same, and then realized, I would have never known to tell him to do this, had I not heard the father behind me. What a dork. I wonder how many other things out there, are just givens, but we have no idea to do them, thanks to our upbringing. Anyone else out there ever feel like this?
