You're lucky you are not my son, DJS, because you can use some discipline right about now. It is amazing the amount of times that I have to tell you that I'm not an elder. I'm a minor and I don't appreciate someone trying to make me out to be some old fart. If I were old like you say I am, I wouldn't be so driving to try to help you and others on this website with their faith in the true and holy God. As an adolescent, I feel that I have acquired more knowledge than you in my young life because I actually believe that the true God has made all of us. It is amazing how much you and others envy how much I know. So keep it coming, baby, I'm here to help.

because it was aimed at young people and it said something along the lines, "if you believe in god you have a purpose, but if you don't believe in god your life has no purpose or meaning".
i think that is a faulty analysis of the situation.

You're right, a watcher. But to be more specific there are actually 4 types of paths in the typical life of a human. The most righteous type and the best type for all humans is by way of and through the Lord, spirituality, and religion because we all need a religion but that focuses on the true scriptures which most don't today. It is my type as I love him and want to praise him along with his son but especially his son because without his son we would never have an example but the best example. So I pray that we all please have mercy on Jesus Christ. I don't think though that religion matters so long as we are devoted to our own spirituality and God can attest to this and give us the score on this and the only way we can know this is by the things that happened to us. All of us must pray and desire to be type 1. Because we can acquire true happiness by not giving up our faith
The second type would be to live with no spirituality or godliness at all but not hate God like so many here too. This type is the type that God loves almost as much as type 1 because these folks don't necessarily hate him but they just don't recognize the Bible but love life most likely. The third type is the type that most on this forum endure which is to be an atheist. To me, being an atheist is being very clueless about how we got here on this Earth and not taking into consideration how we were created. Now the fourth type, which goes along with type 3, is to live completely with no morals with the personification of evil in your heart. The difference between type 3 and type 4 is that type 3 is not necessarily evil but each both disbelieve in God which I believe is a sin.

DJS, you keep it up. Keep having that same evil lack of faith that will do nothing but cast you out of God's plans for ever. It is amazing how you and other people continue to say that God does not care to help us. But the truth is is that he does but obviously you guys don't care about him enough to take advantage of his plans for us because you're too busy saying things like you've been saying. It is very ridiculous and your lack of faith can only cause bad things to happen to your own life.
All the trials and tribulations that are mentioned in the revelations are a test of how durable we are in our trust in the Lord. Most people in this forum should read that at least one more time to get a clear understanding of what is mentioned. Remember, it is not God's fault that we have all this suffering. It is man's fault and you are an example of blind blame and it's even worse on who you blame it on. If anything, you should be blaming it on the people here who calls all the badness on themselves for thinking that it is not their own fault. You don't realize that the best way for any human to have happiness is to trust in God and live every second of your life to make him and yourself happy. You're welcome for my wisdom.

New York, we as humans are the most advanced that our type of species could get and the reason why is because God made it so that we possess capacity to nurture Earth with our own abilities. I think it's a sin to deny this as it is clearly evident with how we compare to all other animals in the entire world. And these animals ranges from bears, rhinos cats, elephants, wolves and all the others. You said until something better comes along, well, we are what's better and I assure you that we are as better as it can possibly get.

When I said I've been around as long as I have I meant that since I'm only 18 and what I've seen so far in my life. I just don't think others have really looked at things in the country the way I have but that doesn't mean that you guys are inferior, it just means that you guys need to look harder to find the truth that America is filled with just too many atheists and I don't mean to be a fool when I'm saying this but the truth is that everyone really needs to consider amping up their own faith for us as a country to go on making it like we used to because at any moment now this country, and I do mean this entire country, can fail because of this. Remember that I'm just trying to help and I'm not trying to be a pain in the butt but everyone seems to make it seem that way but they don't realize what I'm saying has a lot of truth to it and I don't intend on trying to hide the truth.

DJS, if you've been around as long as I have then you wouldn't need to research because you know what you see. Every time a person looks up they see an atheist trying to brainwash them into thinking that everything would be better if nobody had any God for Spirit, which is very wrong. That's why the United States is going down because most people think badly about religion but not only religion it's the worship that they despise which is leading this country astray. You are very wrong about how the more atheists there are in a country, the more better it is. If anything, the more atheists there are, the more corrupt society becomes because of that arrogant attitude against God. -

Well, that makes sense because America has the most atheists of any nation in the entire world. It really goes to show you how far this country has fallen when most people don't believe or even have any type of spirituality for the most part. Hopefully that changes in a few years but honestly it might take longer like a few decades to get everything back in place. But you know I think religion will take on a new form because God knows what everyone needs and it probably won't be like previously but it will be better hopefully that's true.

Okay now you are making me mad, Cofty. God is and does exist and don't think I'm going to say he doesn't. You're just wasting your time because I know he is true and just because you let a false sense of evidence fill your mind, don't think you can do the same thing to me because as I said earlier I'm hip to that brainwashing jazz. You said you want evidence that he exists? Well I will give you evidence. How about the fact that you and I and billions are actually alive and well on this Earth today without harm and are sufficient? If God wanted to, he can crush us with his finger but he doesn't because he loves us. What about our own brain and the fact that our brain can have the ability to disbelieve in the Lord should give us evidence that he exists as if he didn't he wouldn't have gave us that ability.
The complexity of our brain as humans can only be through a designer. How about the fact that life goes in so many cycles. The fact that life itself is a cycle and the fact that we are born so well and so sufficiently should be proof enough that God exist and is alive and well and wants to help us otherwise we would be dead already. Don't you think it's hard to deny his love for us when you think about the process of birds and life itself and not just that but trees, the ocean, water, nature and all these things. May I ask you Cofty, do you remember what Luke said about God's creation? What about Jesus being alive on this Earth as proof that his father does exist. Everything Jesus said was to bring Glory to his father. Divine Glory. And please don't say Jesus didn't exist, as it's been proven that did many times.
What about what Jesus talk to crowds about most of the time. And what did he talk about most of the time besides his father? Christ talked about having a moral conscience and that is something that just doesn't come into existence. You can also reference it with what Daniel said in chapter 6 verse 4 about what Jesus talked about. The fact that even morals exist in the first place and show you that God exists because if he didn't we would all be robots only design for the loss of the world and the universe it's ridiculous that people think otherwise when they just refuse to look at these things. Don't you think that's pretty ridiculous for people to just overlook stuff that's very obvious? Would not you agree that God is the one that wrote the moral code that you possess in your heart because how else would have wouldn't have come into existence without someone making it for you and nurturing it through the years for you?
Even if we go by science which is your Holy Grail, most scientist today would say that he exists. Now why do they say that? They say it because those few scientist that actually know he exists know that something cannot come from nothing and that the Universe and life itself is just too complex for it to have come from rock, lightning, or gravity which is very ridiculous. Since most of science is investigation in the first place, the way I can prove God exists is by looking at everything around me and assessing how did he get here, where did it come from, and by what did it come through. And since you are so big on science you should do the same thing too because I know you are a smart person and you have good reasoning even though it is flawed from not believing in what so obvious. And just work with me as I am sure, like you said, you want to know more and trust in God. Didn't mean to be angry at you, but when people denounce what you believe in so much, it makes you angry. But bless you and I hope he helps you see what's true.

Just because someone feels that faith is the absence of reason and rationality doesn't mean you have to disrespect it. Have you ever considered the possibility of a certain faith in being true or maybe all the people who lacked faith will be proven wrong someday. The truth is that we don't really know when it will happen but I will attest that I believe that one day God will let people feel the wrath of him physically on this Earth. The only time belief that actually deserves disrespect is when the faith in whatever is being malicious but all I'm doing and others on here are doing is letting people come to realize that we know God exists and that he wants us to be aware of him but not just us but everyone alive today. If only more people thought about this though.
