Exactly, Fisherman, if God was not here then that means that nothing really matters to the entire world and that we are just here for nothing. Why would we be here for nothing when we clearly have a purpose as we are the wisest animals on the Earth. You're right that it is just a ploy to change people and make them in a way more likely to be controlled and that is just cruel but the worst of it is that we don't even acknowledge it because it is so instilled into the society as a whole now. But, true Lord-fearing people can make this better and I do believe it will get better but first we have to get people to stop disrespecting God as if he is the cause for all bad. It will be a hard battle but we can do it as we have faith he will give us the power to achieve what needs to be achieve through all of us.

What is the purpose of life?
by slimboyfat inwhile reading the magazines the other day it occurred to me that jws never really had a very good answer to that question.
because it was aimed at young people and it said something along the lines, "if you believe in god you have a purpose, but if you don't believe in god your life has no purpose or meaning".
i think that is a faulty analysis of the situation.

nicolaou, I find it highly disrespectful that you refer to me as a dude. I am a man, a dignified young man. And I have too much conviction to be refered to in that manner. Please speak to me like a man. Thank you.

Whether you insist he exists or not, you disbelieve he exists and you think that justifies you ridiculing him. And Viviane, you insisting he is impotent isn't true at all. If God wanted to, he can easily end all human suffering and and badness but he doesn't because he knows that that makes us who we are and it's not a part of his plan for us to not deal with these things. You can agree or disagree but don't say that he is impotent when he can easily get rid of things. Now I know you are going to say then, why doesn't he? Well, that's for a different discussion. The central point here is that he is not impotent if you actually respect him and pray to him but you do neither of these things yet call him impotent? That is so crazy but it's to be expected because you are evil, of course
All you have done so far is show that the degree of your disbelief in God is sky-high and you need to change. The best way to change and actually get his helping is to stop being against him, mocking him, disbelieving the Lord, and just overall being a butthole toward him and about him. You attempt to question him about the way things are going and his attitude towards us when your attitude needs some sparkling up, sister. Maybe you'd actually see his reason for everything being the way they are if you'd stop being so judgemental about him. Being too critical of God is a bad thing because then you're getting the way of your own blessing through him and Jesus Christ and who would get in the way of that? You need to know what you are dealing with and the consequences of your actions. Remember, Yah will get his calling on your actions. So it's best for you to repent now while it's not too late.

That's all very interesting, prologos, but it's not that I dislike science it's the insistence that science is more important and valuable than the Lord which infuriates me. What I meant with what I said was that science was taking those who hold it to that high value to hell not trusting individuals

In other words, everything is impotent to you because you can not understand why Christ is good and is the personification of good. Not only that, he is the sole reason why we have a chance at happiness and the fact that you cannot understand that shows that you are nothing more then the type of person he's frowned against in the scriptures. It will be very important for you to realize this instead of saying the same thing with impotence which means nothing. I know it's a joke to you but it's not a joke to me when you say those types of things toward God and Jesus Christ, the only reason we truly have to live. So you don't insist that God doesn't exist but you are an atheist, that's strange and very contradictory. You are obviously confused about your stance in this case and you need help because it's affecting your mind and making you enjoy being evil. -

So you do believe he exists! I've figured that out a long time ago because you wouldn't hate him so much if you didn't think he exists. Now that you've acknowledged that he is alive and has created you and I, it is time for you to learn how to respect him. Baby steps, I know, but you can do it because with all that energy you pursue mocking him, you can surely use that energy to praise him. But what am I doing? You love being evil. You are evil. You can't even write a post without disrespecting God. Can I ask you? Do you feel any sort of shame about the way you are? It seems that a person wouldn't want to feel that way about God and the fact is is that you don't have to, all you have to do is believe and put your trust in him but you're so arrogant, you can't find it in your heart to do so. That's very stubborn of you by the way.
But there is light at the end of the way. You can change if you really and truly want to change but you will need some counseling first because it's also very strange for a person to like being evil even when acknowledged. It seems that normally someone would not want to be known as an evil-doer or an evil spirit but you really love it. That's very weird and I hope you realize that because that's just worst thing for you. I'm actually getting second-hand embarrassment from that. And of course I wouldn't do anything to you in real life because women are special to me no matter how evil or deranged they are, such as yourself, but that's why I said if you were my daughter because you honestly remind me of a daughter that I could have in the future. And can I ask you something? Can you please stop saying Jesus is impotent? Because he isn't and it's making me angry. Thank you. Learn to care about another person's feelings, woman.

Oh sweetie, please, stop being delusional. If I were to see you in real life I wouldn't dare do anything to you. I was just letting you know how I felt about the things that you were saying which are bad and I don't have to tell you why, you know why. And the fact that you continue to do so shows a lot about your character. In person, I would probably hug you and kiss you on your cheek or forehead and tell you to seek Jesus because you need him. And I just wanted to let you know that I never, ever, would think about beating or punishing a woman unless she was my wife or daughter. I just want you to know that you are one of the most evilest woman I've ever talked to. I've never seen a woman so insistent that God doesn't exist, it's very crazy. I would suggest that you wise up because you are a woman and a woman should be more spiritual than a man. You are very welcome to have my wisdom.

Might I say bravo, Viviane, for continuing to speak negative and horrible about the person who created you. You just don't get it do you? I have a genuine belief and just because you don't trust or take your own in that oath in God doesn't mean you have to go on and attacking him the way you do so. It is so impossible for me to believe that you don't feel that what you say is a sin and should be punishable. If I had any type of jurisdiction over you, I would punish you for what you have been saying and doing. Imagine if someone marked your friend so bad and they never even got to know him or they did and had a fight or a falling out with him or her then he just keeps on attacking your friend like he actually did something to him or her. It doesn't take to be a whiz to know how this feels.
You pity me, honey? Oh no. I pity you. You really should be to yourself and the way you've been acting and should want to get better and love God. After all, he hasn't done anything to you except try to help you through me and what have you done? Just sat act and mock all you want but let me tell you something I'm not going to be affected by your rambling because you don't know it but I do, kid ignorant and you're unwilling to change with anything I offer you but that's okay because you deserve to be in your own evil bubble because at the end of the day, that's where you belong. I'm not going to say I'm not going to pray for you because I am but just know that you can always get better if you truly want to and if you want to please God. Just keep that in mind.
