  I love CURRY

  finally i have found a curry paste that i love!

  i love hot food and this curry paste makes any dish taste authentic.

  i made some for my mom and she said it tasted just like it was from a restaurant.

  Update on my living situation

  What a waste of money!

  we went out to eat with my daughter and husband tonight and on the way back i counted the churches on the 16 mile streach of road home.

  there were 18 churches that were on this one road.

  can you imagine the money that goes to pay the preachers and buy the buildings?

  Making friends and growing up a jw

  i have just replied to a thread witch i believe xena started.

  she raised a good point, and i have to ask what people think.. being raised a jw, our friends that we made were, for the most part, automatic.

  we didn't have to search out friends in school, or our nieghborhood, or go to the local rec center.

  i had to learn to make friends...i'm still learning. it's been difficult for me as well, the fact that i wasnt really allowed to make friends as a kid is a problem compounded by the fact that i'm incredibly shy. i have a really hard time going up and talking to people i dont know; so basically someone has to approach me in order for me to get to know them.

  Why has 2003 seen so much death?

  today i walked into my office and learned my head boss at the college had died of a heart attack the previous friday night.

  absolutely devastated about this.

  actually all of us who worked with him weren't fond of him at times, but no one wished bad things upon him.

  last weekend i was watching the news and there was a piece about a friend of mine that i used to live next door to and go to school with whom i'd since lost contact with....poor guy died of heart failure at 21....it was a weird way to find out. seems like a lot of people have died this year

  Were You FORCED To Become a Jehovah's Witness? .... Then Why Did You Stay?

  did you feel that you were made to become a witness through coercion, threats or other means?

  if you did not feel forced to become a jw, why did you stay??

  i'll contend that i was forced to be a witness. i was born in 'the truth', and my parents made it explicitly clear that leaving was not an option while i was under their care and supervision. since we live halfway across the states from any relatives that would be willing to take me in before i was able to move out on my own, i had to wait until i turned 18.

  despite valis doing his best to try and educate me about copying and pasting, i'm still unsure of how to copy and paste.

  i don't know the difference between a picture attatchment and a sausage.
