i have been suffering from fatigue, burning in my stomach, and i have always had canker sore issues as long as i can remember.
whether it's from stress or not, i can't say, but i might be getting an ulcer.
the burning in my stomach and intestinal puffiness is getting to be be chronic.
back in bible times, the common literary style was in parables, metaphors, and allegories.
the reason for this is that the spiritual truths they were trying to convey are too abstract and difficult to express in literal terms.
the bible itself says that not a word jesus spoke was literal:.

it's my first time for a edx-course and i will try "early christianity: the letters of paul".
So far the only "evidence" I've seen to demonstrate the unreliability of the Gospels is the fact that they mention events of 70 CE, therefore they must have been written after that date. The possibility that true prophecy, as claimed in the Gospels, might actually exist, is dismissed out of hand.
The onus is on you and Gospels to prove themselves true. I've never seen an example of real, actual prophecy being proven true like what's claimed by Bible believers. Do you have an example?
