That is not something that is known to be true.
Space has a "fabric" that curves time around matter, matter and energy distort space time.
Space and time appear to be the same thing, not separate things.

To be clear, there ARE some mathematical models that use multi-dimensional time in an effort to resolve the differences between relativity and quantum physics that are quite interesting. This guy, Gavin Wince, has a history of making stuff up (he once claimed he accurately predicted the Higgs-Boson decay rate years before anyone else yet couldn't show is math or evidence, he also make several basic math errors in every single one of his peices of work. For instance, he's attempting to apply a computational concept known as a k-d binary tree to relativity without explaining how it will work, it just magically does.
So, some basic research would have shown what a crank this guy is.

I can't even begin to critique this stuff based on my lack of knowledge, but that doesn't stop some "Knowitalls" pronoucing woo on something they have no idea what is being said in the video except their own little narrow idea of what is being taught in physics.
