There is also the fact that the second amendment will never be repealed.

Don't worry. Soon enough it will be illegal to refuse service to people without money, because you're discriminating against the poor. You know, since being poor isn't a choice and all. Then we can all be equal, and none of this will matter because no individuals will own businesses.

Atheists, here is a 'balls' question ---even for all---
by prologos init is very difficult to knock a ball into a hole (like golf), throw it into a receiver's hands (american football) intercept it and knock it over the fence (american cricket).
or to put a sattelite at the right time at the right speed in the right direction in the right place to have it orbit another body, so :.
what ingenious natural & process is it, than can get 9+ zillions bodies to get into the right orbit simultaniously or sequentially and have them remain there for billions of years?

real science contains 5% dispersions from a mean
Lookout, the "no true scotsman" fallacy with no supporting evidence!
The "below 5%" stares you in the eye. 8 out of 10 times and even the 95.7 is below the -5% , but is derived form a premise that excludes the restraint .3--9,6 that the planetary spacings reveal.
Oh, boy, you better show yo work, them numbers seem off! Looks like you still ain't learnt to read a chart yet!
When I prefaced my statements By" speculating" "guessing" I am referring to future work, discoveries by younger, better funded and grounded workers than me.
Well, at least you admit it's bullshit, even though you keep trying to claim it's right!
If I would be as adept at cut and pasting as my teen-age son and not pushing 90, I would VERY Precisely pin down the arguments that are put up by you-all ignoring the repeated definition of the MODIFIED T&B sequence I have presented. but:
Oh, grampa, being old doesn't give you a pass on spouting BS. You can just write it out and show your math if cut-n-paste is too hard!

And this is not the same as Whites Only signs. Like Lambsbottom above said "I am proud to be anti-gay marriage.". I also am anti-gay marriage. There is no such thing. It is called being friends..
It's the exact same thing. Hey, some people are proud when they make racist jokes.
A Witness photographer can refuse to do a Catholic wedding.
Oh, and, depending on how the person is hired, actually, yeah, that could also be illegal.

You need to use another dictionary. Dictionary.com is more of a Wikipedia, not a scholarly dictionary. Oxford, Merriam-Webster, etc. are examples of scholarly dictionaries.
Oh, sorry, YOU need to use another dictionary. Do you REALLY think that anyone would allow someone that can't even do their own research to suddenly start deciding which sources are acceptable? Silly wabbit, that's kwazy!
Quoting one union of a same sex couple is cherry picking a rare instance.
BZZZZ! Wrongo! Cherry picking is ignoring data that doesn't support your argument and only selecting those data points that do! Rejecting a perfectly valid example means you, kwazy guy, are the one cherry picking!
The fact is that the term marriage is defined as between man and woman. So, why are same sex couples trying to change the definition.
That is one of the definitions it has had over time. Ignoring that fact won't make it go away!
Why would same sex partners WANT to use a term that so closely associates their union with thousands of years of same sex union?
Let's re-frame the question! Why would proponents of monogamous marriage WANT to use a term that rarely ever meant what they now want to claim it always meant? Why would a society that supposedly empowers women WANT to use a term that historically meant women and pubescent girls forced into that arrangement were property with next to no rights? Why would a society that condemns pederasty WANT to use a a term that, by moderns standards, was the equivalent of forced and statutory rape?
Or, why would black folk WANT to eat at restaurants that serve salad when they have all those delicious fried chicken joints?

I'm just quoting the DICTIONARY.
I can quote one too. See! Now that proves MY point.
mar·riage
[ mar -ij ] Show IPA
noun
1. (broadly) any of the diverse forms of interpersonal union established in various parts of the world to form a familial bond that is recognized legally, religiously, or socially, granting the participating partners mutual conjugal rights and responsibilities and including, for example, opposite-sex marriage, same-sex marriage, plural marriage, and arranged marriage:, Anthropologists say that some type of marriage has been found in every known human society since ancient times. See word Story at the current entry.
Regardless of whether polygamy was practiced, it was still between a man and woman.
Not really. There was group marriage, marriage between a man and many women, child marriage and even a record of the church performing a same sex marraige: A same-sex marriage between the two men Pedro Díaz and Muño Vandilaz in the Galician municipality of Rairiz de Veiga in Spain occurred on 16 April 1061. They were married by a priest at a small chapel. The historic documents about the church wedding were found at Monastery of San Salvador de Celanova. [55]
So, you are trying to change the definition of marriage?
As I said, definitions change over time and it looks like you are the one trying to claim it has always meant one man and one woman when that clearly is not true.
And I ask again, why don't same sex couples just coin their own term?
I just quoted a dictionary, they already have one! Marriage!

I don't understand why same-sex couples just don't coin a new term for their union. Why do they have to COPY heterosexual's term?
I don't understand why proponents of 1 man 1 woman marriage had to co-opt a word that, for the majority of human history, meant something besides that. It's almost like words change meaning over time.

Truthseeker, I agree. A few months ago I was outside grilling about 11 PM (I have an odd schedule) and, while I live in a good neighborhood, there are some sketchy areas nearby and sometimes people use our neighborhood as a cut-through. Anyway, some man was walking down the street, decided to wander into my yard and start asking me what I was cooking, my name, how long I had lived here, etc. I asked him to leave he sat down and did the "Oh, I'm just chatting, trying to get to know you".
He was obviously on something and had been drinking. When he said "I'm just chatting" and wouldn't go I lifted my shirt and put my hand on my Smith and Wesson M&P Shield Compact 9mm and said "I'm not and it's time for you to go. Now."
He left.
