Racism goes both ways, but you wouldn't know about the plague of black on white knockout game attacks
(some have been fatal) from watching/reading the mainstream news media.- gotta love that plague word- it's great
The "knock out game" was a myth.
the latest controversy over the confederate flag just sums up to me the state of dysfunction that exists in american society.. in summary: a white supremacist nutter shoots 9 black people dead in a church.
he's clearly inspired by the messages of others which the confederate flag is often a symbol of.. it seems like a no-brainer to remove it.
not only isn't it removed, it isn't even lowered at all as a mark of respect.. and of course now there are the people who want to defend their right to have it.

Read a book, and find the fundamentals of the KKK. It was enhanced by Nazi idealist and they continue that trait today, but Viviane you are pointless. I wont waste anymore of my time with arrogance. Just as slavery was brought into the conversation.
I've read many books. The KKK existed long before Hitler was born. Hitler did not and could have started the ideologies of the KKK. Just because that is true and you got called out on it is no reason for you to take your ball and go home or start calling names.

I suppose, you have been following the news about Hillary Clinton's upcoming Rico lawsuit in Florida ( 2 weeks in January) on NBC news?
No such case exists. That's nothing to do, though, with WND being full of nutters, birthers and extremists.
you need to stop doing this--
An ad hominem (Latin for "to the man" or "to the person"[1]), short for argumentum ad hominem, means responding to arguments by attacking a person's character, rather than to the content of their arguments.
I'll stop after I've, you know, actually done it. WND is a nuthouse. It's a joke. Calling it a joke is in no way attacking you. Grow up.
for many christians, the bible is viewed as the 100% error-free, perfect book straight from god, where every single word was carefully chosen by god for a reason.
but, usually, when you have a discussion on the topic, these christians will end up saying that only the original copies written directly from the hands of the prophets and apostles were error-free, and all manuscript copies since then are subject to copyist mistakes and other errors.. since zero original copies are in existence, how do we know the originals were error-free?
why should we think the originals should be error-free to begin with?
What does that have to do with the Bible being inspired?
I dunno. You brought the moral code of the Bible into it. If you'd no idea what you were talking about, I can't help you.
No he does not
Cofty routinely destroys your arguments. With ease.
No I have not. AND You have not shown what does that have to do with if the Bible is inspired, you are accountable to God?
Again, you brought up the pro-rape moral code, the one you endorse. How are you planning on linking the two? Are you going to say God is pro-rape? Rape inspires god? Rape inspires people to talk about god?
I just don't know where you are going to take this, but remember, YOU brought up being accountable for morality to God in this thread, YOU endorse the pro-rape moral code. It's not my job to link them together. It's yours.
What does your feelings about me have to do with if the Bible is inspired that you are accountable to the God of the Bible?
I have no feelings about you one way or the others.

It's a good example of patriarchal thinking that you're OK with, putting women as second class. Cofty routinely destroy's your arguments and you make it plain that you don't like it. But, you've several times in this thread praised him and attempted to denigrate me personally Your posts make it clear that gender is a reason you feel particularly threatened and last out at me, in particular.
We've got FT on the one had pretending the Bible preaches morality for all and you endorsing a pro-rape, pro-slavery moral code while attempting to denigrate and mitigate someone because of their gender.
That's what it has to do with it, Fisherman. It's a shining example of how that second rate moral code enables you to feel justified in lashing out at you do. Your moral code would have me be a second class citizen and you, without even realizing it (I hope), are following right along.
Therefore, your moral code and go EABOD.

Again, then: Cofty aka Vivian?
And I am not the only poster on this Forum that has stated this suspicion. And not because of any similarities in thinking. Cofty's posts are logical. Vivian's post are remarks, deliberately disruptive, obfuscating, assertive, divertive, as if a device by another poster to MANipulate the thread.
Oh, look at that. A MANs posts are logical. A woman's, emotive and disruptive...
Could you be any more misogynist?

So if I’m reading this right, only America is dysfunctional.
Simon didn't say that, so no, you aren't reading it right.
I believe the person that committed this horrible crime stands only with the K.K.K. ideology that was started by Adolf Hitler on wanting to make a master white race.
The KKK existed long before Hitler was born, so no, not right.
Also the first slavers in American soil were the Native Americans after the 13 colonies settled in, not the African Race that was forced into slavery 100 hundred years later.
Which has exactly nothing to do with any of this, so pointless.

FYI, even if you have valid points, using WND as a source just makes you look utterly looney.

Well, it can't be banned due to freedom of speech. But, on the bright side, anytime I see someone flying, I know that I already know everything I need to know about that person.
Think of it like them voluntarily putting on the dunce cap.

Are you honestly suggesting that the Golden Rule and Good Samaritan and Prodigal Son morality has no place in the 21st Century? It's more interesting why you think 1) those morals are unique to the Bible 2) your wishes trump others (golden rule) or 3) that children should be rewarded with comfort and ease for wasting their life and money.
Or the total equality of Galatians 3:28?
