My mental gymnastics are shared by millions most of whom probably have a better insight on the situation than me. When did you last hear of a positive outcome of brexit it has gone eerily quiet, your opinion of the European union which by the way includes the uk is exactly the minority rhetoric which brought about this fiasco. Seriously how many of the government's information pamphlets were assigned unceremoniously to the bin without being read my guess is millions who even mentions them now at this stage were in a totally different ball game or hadn't you noticed,no one is talking about three years ago we are much better informed and the majority of information is (including the government's own) is negative .Your hatred of the eu's motives are what causes you to put peoples livelihoods and peace and security in the back burner...yes I believe we will exit eu although my wish is we stay but I hope sense will prevail and it will be as painless as possible for the people of the UK.

BREXIT
by ScottyRex inas the clock ticks down, i just wish our politicians would get on with it.
i think teresa may has had a bitch of a job in the last couple of years and wish her well.
as a once labour supporter i could not under any circumstance support them again under jeremy corbyn and diane abbot.. i voted out, and do still have hope that the uk will prosper free of europe.

The status quo deal....the Democratic decision of the people is in the hands of our sovereign parliament who have by Democratic decree to decide the most prudent and secure course for the uk..or what's the point of parliament ? The minority hard right have got us into this mess by misrepresentation ,where's the democracy there. Nearly three years on and were on the brink of a no deal crash out disaster. Common sense must prevail an advisory ref' decided by a relatively small margin should not be allowed to put people lives and peace in jeopardy.

Theresa may had no concern for the Democratic will of the people who brought in her government who had a sizeable majority. She (after having said on multiple occasions she would not call a general election) had no regard for the Democratic will of the people, but decided to try and bolster the majority she already had. She is now paying the price as she lost her majority. Paying off the dup has not helped her so far. Worries about the backstop were apparent to both sides hence she negotiated her withdrawal deal and presented it to parliament who shot it down comprehensively twice..I wonder why ?..the speaker ,his personality aside, was absolutely within his rights to put the kywash on it being brought back a third and possibly a fourth time, where was her regard for the democracy of parliament. This fiasco will roll on and on bringing more and more uncertainty for the country..Better the deal we've got, trade is good jobs are pretty secure and Ireland North and South are reasonably stable and peace there should not be put at risk.

Beware of extremists ..far left..far right ,anti semitism to brexit, all were elected on a ticket cloaked in moderation but their ideological and dogmatic motives are evidently the cause of present day argument and worry .

If the Russian government stoop to such drastic measures against those who oppose their laws, the governing body of jws should assist them to a place of safety. The caesars things to caesar unless it conflicts with gods law comes into play here. The jws will always try to meet and worship and I'm sure.. preach (with the view to convert) others who in doing so will by default be encouraging them to follow god rather than caesar, in this case the Russian govt. The question for me is.. Will the gb do nothing but glory in the knowledge that their Russian fellows are standing against caesar (Satan) and look on the torture and persecution as a price to pay for loyalty. Torture should be condemned absolutely!

Is Russia "right" about presecuting Jehovah's Witnesses?
by iliketreasure injehovah's witnesses are presecuted in russia.
on par with the is and other terroristic groups.
it happened when the anti-extremism laws were extended to non-violent groups.. i don't believe that russia actually cares for the well-being of their citizens with this move and probably merely a law to stop other political forces (and the jws are one in a way, since their gather authority over large groups of people and also have their own political and judicial institutiona), but are they right about it anyway?.

The topic for me is more about watchtower than Putin .. Personal freedoms which allow tyranny religious or political must have devices which have an objective of bringing about their downfall... Putin or Jehovah one is real the other is harder to deal with given that the human brain can be deceived into self sacrifice or murder in the name of supernatural bullshit.. Which is worse?

The tyranny of watchtower knows no bound...at least their are devices which could lead to toppling putin, or would that be interfering with his personal freedom to rule ?

What can we all do to protect personal freedoms in Russia ...should we write to the relevant authorities outlining our disagreement of their handling of the watchtower, and ask them to reestablish the deceitful, lying, bloodguilty organization in order for them to carry on their harmful and family negative work...hey let's all do that....who's first ?
