My SUGESTIONS ( Continued from high above anyway...??) 4) Some capable wise men go to /write to Vicki's lawyer with her/her signature asking what options she have exactly in accord with correct rules of the court/s. As I have been worried, if time limitation to appeal is 30 calender days, it is almost expired... If the lawyer did not inform her about it, it would be a problem...( I regret to say I am not available physically. SORRY.)

My SUGESTION ( Continued from previous post) 3) Some jurisdiction has provision that allow victim/any-party to submit request of correction of careless-miss in the jugement ( such as she miss-typed as year 2989 at least twice). Sometime also it is allowd to ask question to judge ( Why she did not consider my points -refer to my past postings----------

2) Though some experts might say it is too late, as long as we believe that the judgement was not fair to Vicki, legally speeking as it was legal decision, WE SHOULD ALSO SUPORT THE VICTIM BY THE MEENS OF THE "APPEAL" should not we?? Some say "The appeal judges will hear what they have not heared". THE JUDGEs Of appeal court MUST HEAR "NEW POINTS OF VIEW" such as The two elders of defendants DID NOT STOP THE FIRST "CONFRONTATION" NOT THEY OFFERED THE VICTIM ANY OPTION SUCH AS OPTION TO LEAVE THE "CONFRONTATION" as I posted previously. Some also say it is too late because'her lawyer did not produce all the important info...'.... Though I am not familia with exact critetia of "motion to aduce new evidence" or so of the jurisdiction, usualy "evidence that was not available at the past-hearing" must be admitted. In this case, whatever Vicky could not get must be admitted. ie. "Flock"book or so if it was not available. MORE IMPORTANTLY,In my opinion, WE SHOULD NEVER GIVE UP!!!! IMPARTIAL

I also feel samely as others posted.
My sugestions are slicely different as follows.
1)The best the same judge can do is only rewarding all costs in favour (..though it affects more than $200,000 CANADIAN. ) if she can not change her "factual findings". The judge was so interesting when she learned about the "gag offer"by the WT. The judge will review "offer/s to settle document" if WT lawyer follows her request. Both lawyers are requirerd to provide with further legal briefs within two weeks if I learned correctly. While Vicki's lawyer is not so much familia with WT-world and made some misstakes as the judge mentioned in the decision, WOULD NOT WE WANT TO CIRCULATE THE DRAFT OF HIS NEW SUBMISSION/BRIEF BY EMAIL{ IF THIS FORUM DO NOT ALLOW US POST SUCH THINGS ( SEE "posting Guideline 4.") } IN ORDER TO GET THE BEST FOR VICKI!!
2)...After I consider more....hopefully I WILL continue....

"lack of support" and "her mother's conduct" were included in the reasons of her harm in the deffendants' position (paragragh 25 of the reasons for judgement) .....although the elders were in the position to "suport "(thier duty) and to advise/adjust her mother to change while her mother was found as faithfull in her faith as JW.? 3) Why the judje concluded the deffendants were not "self-interested"(in my impresion,this point waved them from "breach of fidusiary duty" and possibly "punitive damage also)........although it seemes "self-interest/convenience" exsisted on the two elders for not interviewing at separate place nor collecting the needed information from the victim by documents? ... ...BY THE WAY , Is not it possible to establish "Reform of JW" not limited to blood issue but include core policies. Some want to do revenge... Some are reluctant to speak out.... Some are just hoping or praying for good change... ....I hope no one take offence about my postings, though I welcome any honest answer/comment to my questions/posting.. ------Posted by "impartial"

I 'd like to ask following questions modestly should I am wrong . 1) Why the juge decided the two local elders are not liable ...although the two defendants did not stop the first confrontation when they recognized the harmfull confrontation(firstly heared from the abuser) and it is asuumed that they did not even offer the option for the plaintif to leave? 2) Why the judge did not reject the deffendants' position that the harm after the meetings came from "lack of suport" and to be continued...
