I know that you have probably heard a million "cures"
...and now to make it one million and one cures...
Soak your feet in pure peanut oil. Lightly massage if helpful. Yes, I actually recommend purchasing several bottles of the stuff so that you can have a bath in it (at least for the feet). Soak as long as you like, say a half hour each day. If you don't want to soak, then use small amounts in regular massage. Don't be tempted to add anything to the oil, keep it pure as can be. You will not see results for at least 3 weeks. If you had the funds, I would actually recommend filling up an entire bath tub full of peanut oil and having a good soak each day. (Note: Just as the external body can always use peanut oil, so too will the alimentary canal never tire of olive oil. As good as peanut oil is for the external body, it can be harmful if ingested - so don't ingest it....ever!)
Get someone to massage the small of your back (and your entire body), again with the peanut oil. This will stimulate the nerves throughout most of the body. Don't be tempted to use aromatic oils or traditional massage oils containing blends - use pure peanut oil - it is actually a food for the skin and the nerves in particular - other oils are not food for the skin.
PS. Avoid artifitial sweeteners in the 900 range. They can and will effect the nervous system in general... although I suspect that isn't the case here. Would just hate to see you compound the problem. Also, stuff in the 900 range is good for killing ants... just thought you'd want to know. I'm rambling now.
