Was born raised and have lived in the deep south all of my life. We were not raised to hate people of other colors, groups, etc. Things were segregated when I grew up but that was the way thing were- you didn't think about it , it just was. That is until the 60's when things got really bad for blacks in the south. Then we were forced to look at the kinds of things that did and continued to happen to blacks. It wasn't easy but eventually intergration and interracial dating and marriages were and are accepted for the most part. No, not everyone has been able to put the past and old ways behind them. There are some who still cling to the past and hate people for the color of their skin but they are getting rarer and rarer. As for interracial dating and marriage, I always told my kids I didn't care who they dated or married as long as they were nice, respectful, kind, hard workers, not slackers, and loving people with morals. I also told them I would much rather have them marry someone of a different color than their own color if the person of color loved them, was devoted to them , was good to them and made a faithful moral loving mate than to marry someone of their own color who would treat them badly, be unfaithful, amoral, hateful, self centered, and a bad mate who was a drunk or doper or abusive.

UN v Religion - The're at it again !!!
by Amazing inun proposal: i picked up a comment on another site about a supposed resolution that was to be introduced to the un on january 27th, 2004 that would effectively ban religion.
if this is true, then the jw leaders (governing buzzards) and their followers will have a prophetic field day!!!
here is the link to the claim: http://www.emediawire.com/releases/2004/1/emw100794.htm.

I am neither a cave dweller nor a JW. I read. I read A LOT. And everything I read was on the Earth Charter web page and the UN web page links.

Actually what they propose is already being incrementally being instituted here in this country and in other countries. Think back 40 years-could any of you have imagined that prayer, religion or any display of religious material would be pushed out of the schools, and out of the public square , would be reviled, called a hateful religion, castigated as being intolerant, bigoted? We're not so far from that proposal, now. If you read the Earth Charter that has been endorsed and adopted by the UN you can see that the ultimate-long term (within 100 yrs from 1992)goal is to replace all religions with a "new" set of values, ethics and morals, arrived at by consensus, directed at the complete transformation of all societies to a socialist earth worshipping 13th century dark ages "paradise".Inhabited by as few people as possible. Their means to do this is thru education-from preschool thru college all thru life with a total indoctrination thru all avenues- school, media, books, anything and everything. Their approved curicculum is being taught in every school in every industrialized nation with the exception of a few private schools who still traditionally. Agenda 21 has been and is being instituted as we speak. The UN has been the instrument of this "transformation" by writ and international law.

CALL TO ACTION: Write the United Nations!
by seattleniceguy inmost of us are familiar with the watchtower bible and tract society's association with the un as an ngo.
this fact has been confirmed via correspondence with the un numerous times, notably in a letter received recently by one of our own members.
for details and photocopies, see here:.

Are YOU: rh negative ?
by RAYZORBLADE ini have always found the topic of blood/hematology, fascinating, and even moreso, the discussions regarding: rh compatibility.. are you rh negative?
if so, do you know your alpha designation: o, a, b, or ab ?.
even if someone is not interested, nor willing to take a blood transfusion, if you are a woman, and you are rh negative, and your husband/partner is rh positive, you can bet your bottom dollar, it'll matter in the near future.

Razorblade What you are experiencing has to do with your IMMUNE system, NOT your Rh blood group except for maybe being unable to produce antibodies to foreign blood groups or a hyperreaction to foreign blood groups.

Du is a "weak" expression of the Rh D gene. You are still D positive but weakly express it with regard to typing sera. Rh designation is like this- you are RH pos (D+) or rh neg-lack the D positive gene. Normally you inherit "groups" of Rh genes together. Normally, when you inherit D expressions (+ or=) you also inherit expressions of C,E,c,e as a "group" because they are closely related. Rh neg's are MOSTLY Rh D=,c+,e+. As you can see you can be pos. for c or e. Rh D= doesn't mean that you are pos. for the Neg gene, it means that you LACK expression for of D gene. Rh+ can and do inherit c+,c-,E+,E-,C+,c-,e-,e+. I am A pos,c-,E-,C+,e+. There are over 500 groups of blood,(some having as few as 2 types within their group, or many more in their group), ALL of which are capable of producing devastating problems in the people who inherit them. I used to be a med tech and worked in blood banks a long time ago and am somewhat rusty, now.

UN sends reply to my inquiry about WTS NGO association- proof at last!
by joe_from_kokomo indear friends:.
it's been a while since i posted last, even though i probably still suffer with a newbie status, i did some dandy postings a few months back.
my wife and i are now approaching the 1 year anniversary of our split with the wtbts, and are quite happy with our decision.. one thing we did last year was to write to the u.n directly (i think i got the address from a posting here on this site) and asked specific and direct questions about the wts's involvement and knowledge of ngo requirements.

I think it's a great letter. You may want to include a snippet about how the WTBTS teached that the UN was the "Wild Beast" of Revelation in there somewhere, with a quote from one of the WT publications, so that they may get a more accurate understanding of what the WT-UN issue is all about.Seeing what the WTBTS REALLY thinks about the UN may also goad them to take the actions that we have requested.

I would gladly join any letter or email writing campaign . Have also posted a link to this page at all of the forums that I go to so others can view and see for themselves. As I post this there have been close to 900 viewings. So all who come to see and read don't post. I'll bet that there are many JW lurkers who have viewed and DOWNLOADED the letter and envelope for their own use. Joe thank you so much for doing this. You have no idea how many people you may help escape the WTBTS by doing this.
