I was raised around the JW-system from an early age (3+ years old). I'm a former Brooklyn Bethelite. I was as an elder for over a decade, but regret now any whom I unintentionally mistreated!(PLEASE FORGIVE ME FOR WHAT I DID NOT KNOW!) Now I've faded and I'm very happy outside the WT-structure! I finally have true peace! I can only hope others are able to get the large scales off their eyes and leave it behind and move on!

Updated Oct 08 Decided to put a small biog on here. I'm in Halifax, West Yorkshire. Left in Sept 99. We're long gone and they have no hold on us now. Not that I wish them ill or am bitter, but we have totally moved on and are free.

Joined the Witnesses in 1973, the year I graduated from college. Met a young woman (also a new convert) at the hall. We married in 1974. In 1988, after years of not being happy with the religion, we began research on the religion. As a result, we disassociated ourselves in March 1988.
