The past 2 hours or so have been pretty intense here so I say we all sit back and enjoy a drink or two!! (or 3 *hic*)
What's your favorite drink? I like to invent new ones or mix up some known favorites
Right now I made up one: Seltzer water, cranberry juice and Pisco. For those who don't know what Pisco is, it's a Peruvian spirit made mainly from grapes (or so I think) tates a little like Ouzo but not as syrupy. I like to rub a lime wedge along the rim of the glass and then dip it in a little salt then pour the remaining ingredients. Kind of like a margarita-cranberry-martini if you will. Next time I plan on adding some mint leaves, sugar and white rum, a la mojito style.
