Why are there so many "Should Gay's Marry" ads?

The way I hear it is that there is a bill that people are trying to pass to change the right for gays to marry. Was it in the paper the other day. I will ask my friend to send it to me again.

Meanwhile here is a link to a writing that I find highly interesting. He said I should read it.

The ads are put there by Google's algorithms based on the users location, the content of the site/page and the keywords that the advertiser has targeted and bid on.

I haven't seen them myself - it may be some religious group targetting ads at 'religious' sites in a certain area (Jesusland)

I haven't seen those either. All I see is an ad for olive leaf tea "ancient biblical remedy."

And wouldn't you know it... I'm right in the middle of Jesusland.

Praise the lord and pass the ammo!

I've noticed that too. Today I see Faith Based Marketing. Must have some religious influence in the South.

Just noticed two more religious adds here and one gay add. I think Google has been invaded by the holy spirit.

I've noticed this ad too. I live in Maine and there is a Question on this Novemeber's ballot which asks the voter to vote Yes to not have an anti-discrimination law on the books due to sexual orientation or to vote No to keep in in law on the books in my state. Evidently its been a hot debate since Gay/Lesbian people wanted the same rights as married hetersexuals have. It's all economics anyway. Marriage is a union between two people and if they love each other than I say why not? That doesn't mean I agree with homesexuality, because I don't but that doesn't mean that person shouldn't have the same rights as I do because I choose to be attracted to the oppisite sex. So, I say let the Gays/Lesbian's marry what the hell does that have to do with the rest of us who aren't gay/lesbian?

    Anyway that's one Liberal's opinion.

I am a straight guy who lived in Boston's back bay area among thousands of gay men.I also have worked partner with dozens of lesbians in heavy construction.

I get along with everybody. My observation is that because they rarely raise familys and have the two income household and the time to advocate they have a lot of political clout.

    They all vote.

For anyone wondering, the ad says "Should gays marry? Are homosexuals treated fairly in America?" Then it has a link to www.pollingpoint.com.

I just went and took the survey. It seems to be collecting data for the upcoming political elections.
