I am going tohave the opportunity to meet Condi Rice tomorrow while she is visiting Ottawa. She is arguably the most powerful/influencial woman in the world and I am excited about the meeting.
I am not a fan of her (Bush's) policies but still meeting someone of this influence is not lost on me.
If you could say anything to her, what would it be?

Q - Do you think the country is better off under the Bush administration? Quantify your answer.
Q - After visiting as many countries as you have, what processes do they have that you think we should /could incorporate into American policy? What are the chances of that happening?
I really can't think of anything I'd want to say to her.

You could talk smack but maybe say something positive to make her think, like let your heart guide you to do what is best for all peoples. Or something like that. Any left wing socialist agitator statements will be dismissed and you'll be ignored. Say something that she will think about and hopefully will use to guide here and make the world a better place.
Actually answer a question for once that is asked and stop being such a politician! I used to respect this woman a great deal, until recently when I really saw that she was nothing but a spin doctor tool. All the more, the reason I am getting less and less interested in the game of politics.
Ask her to look into seeing if there is anything she can do the bring down the WTBTS.
How much did you sell your soul for?
Congratulate her on what she has achieved and how strong minded and dedicated she is.
Ask her what a soul is going for these days.
