Good morning everyone, I am so happy, it is finally November the month that I wait for every year. Good things alway happen in November, my birthday is in November my sisters birthday is in November, Thanksgiving is in November and basketball season is in November. The air outside feels and smells diffrent this time a year. Sorry to go on this rant but I am just so darn happy, so tell me what do you like about November?

November isn't such a great time for me, I've got deadlines coming out my arse for this month... I gotta stop drinking and start working. Or something like that...

I woke up this morning feeling good and thinking the same thing! Lots of birthdays in my family as well. Mine is thursday. 20's are seriously flying by!
I had a great start to my morning. The ride to work is much nicer this time of year since the foliage is almost near peak. The air feels crisp and the sun is shining. Halloween was yesterday and there's plenty of candy everywhere. I'm just happy to be alive.
Well, today is my husband's birthday...so that makes it a good month. It's also nearing 'that time of year' where his side of the family starts with the whispering and side long glances and giggles and nods of approval. Yes...the infamous christmas gift idea-o-thons. It's the month where I get all my christmas shopping completed by (hopefully!) so money-wise...it is NOT a good month.
I love Thanksgiving!!
I like the chill in the air, the fall colors, the muted sunlight. I've always liked this time of year. One of the reasons why I got married in early December.

Good topic Lola! November is Gratitude Month in several 12-step programs like AA.
I'm a November baby - 22nd, and a true Sagitarian. My mom's bd is the 10th, and my dad (elder) birthday is the 23rd. I have a couple nephews with bd's this month but they are witnesses. And Kev has a nephew who's bd is tomorrow.
This year (as with last year) Kevan's family - Parents, 2 sisters and their families of 4 each and K and I are renting a house at the beach for Thanksgiving. It's smaller than the house we had last year, but it's right on the beach instead of the cliffs (which was way cool). Has a hottub in the deck. We go down Wed and leave Sun. This year K and I will leave Sat because last year we ended up doing all the final bedding washup Parents ended up doing the rest of the housecleaning, as everyone else left! AND I was overly exhausted ending up in bed for 3 days. But it was a grand time. More fun that Christmas.
Today it is pouring down rain stripping the trees of their fall colours. Normal. We had a nice October with lots of dry days and several very sunny days!
