Hi Toby,
Don't fall into the trap that naturalism 'explains it all' because it is full of as many holes as you have found in the Watchtower assertions. You have just bought into another worldview that is questionable. If you read only the stuff on Talkorigins then you will believe their assertions without full investigation. Try Michael Behe's book, 'Darwin's Black Box', then for something lighter try out Lee Strobel's "Case for Faith', 'Case for a Creator' or 'Case for Christ'. I also recommend all of C.S. Lewis works but try out 'Mere Christianity' first.
