I was just checking in the active topics if anyone had recently posted in my hens night folder.
The last person to do so, actually used to be in my congregation!!!!!!! How unbelieveable is that.

That's awesome Es! There is a new poster on here that knows all the same Jw's AND non JW's that I do, but I moved out of province as he was moving in. * sigh* we don't know each other. So close though, I hope some day to run into family here.

I reconnected with a JW friend from thirty years ago. It's a great experience. Gives me hope that maybe, just maybe someone else will pop up.

yeah i read that Es, thats cool. I wish some of the people I knew where on here, but alas, the internet back where i used to live would probably be considered science fiction! they think Broadband is something you tie stuff up with.

Its just amazing thats three i have met who either i know or we know the same people. Orangefatcat's nephew is like one of my best friends and i was able to bring them together again. I also met another amazing lady who we know mutual people im not sure if she wants me to mention her name but we met each other for the first time last week.

That's great Es. I haven't noticed anyone else from Derbyshire posting here apart from dedpoet, but there a few from Nottingham who I might know from conventions if we ever get to meet.
