In that small amount of time you've racked up 430 posts, which is on the average of over 18 posts per day--each and EVERY day. That's nothing short of fanatical! I've noticed that you practically live in front of your computer. So, yeah, I'd say that it's about time you took "a breather". Also, you possess one of the most impertinent personalities of anyone I've ever encountered.

After your break you should ttry being a little more civil and kind when you return.

But was it advantageous? (1Cor 6:12) Perhaps you take issue with the way AuldSoul has challenged your beliefs, yet that does not make him unkind or uncivil as a person, nor does it make him a fanatic. It just means that you both disagree about the fundamentals of your respective beliefs. It doesn't make either of you bad people to disagree. In fact, unless you have challenged your beliefs the way Auld Soul has attempted to compel you to challenge them, how can you be certain of their authenticity? Don't you believe in achieving a highly "tested quality" of your faith?
