Well yeah, that's why the letter made me so mad. It's like, I did take some of my time to point you out what you wanted me to show you, and you won't even look at it...darn it. What's the point?

Your final response letter to him was very eloquent! I plan to put some of the points you made in my head as mental notes to use should I ever get into an argument on the subject you rebutted. Of course, it is fruitless to use any source with JW's except their own sources, because they'll simply reject it out of hand. The only way you could have possibly communicated with him would have been to simply make your point without quoting any source, or make your point just by quoting JW sources. Anything else gets the automatic shutdown, which is what makes communicating on anything resembling a reasonable level difficult.
