What do you mean bad word Carla? Do they now frown upon the use of the term "Rank and File"? As far as I know that used to be an accepted term for the average publisher. Interesting.

Could be just my jw, he doesn't like that I use phrases like r & f, df'd, da'd, basically I think he doesn't like that I know what I know! But he was insulted by being referred to as rank and file. He does tend to get things mixed up though. And then he gets really annoyed when I say, 'they don't teach that, has there been new light?' At the moment he won't talk to me anyway about anything jw. Who knows what tomorrow will bring.

I like "organization of imperfect men". I use that a lot. I hear the phrase is in disfavour, but it still packs a lot of punch because imperfection is used to excuse so much in the society.

A couple of summers ago, I picked up a phrase from one of the articles, "Jehovah's people are the happiest people on earth." It tickled my funnybone, so I wandered around the house repeating the phrase over and over again like a good little robot.

Ever after, when hubby was particularly miserable over one rule or another, I'd say it again, "Jehovah's people are the happiest people on earth." And laugh.

Maybe it helps that my hubby has a sense of humor.

Ive been through alot with Jehovahs organization and im disfellowshipped also but I dont quiet feel like most of you let me tell you y when you open your mouth and talk about yes these imperfect men think about this Moses was imperfect also and made mistakes but Jehovah used him ok now remember Nathan Korah and Abiram how they raised up an assembly against moses Jehovah open up the earth and the earth swallowed them whole so if you all are wrong about JW in which I no your wrong the only reason your not dead now is you are protected by the new covenent but you will die at Armegeddon unless you change Loumacon @yahoo.com
