I hope this self-centered, compartmentalized ideology will eventually lead to their downfall. Maybe it already has??!!Can you feel the gap getting wider between their reality and ours?

I remember being pissed off when Jerry Freeman ragged on me for working overtime to pay bills with while be was accepting donations from me and a free parking place from me for his trailer in my yard. It didn't go over good. If it weren't for the people he was critical of, he couldn't have been a Circuit Servant bumming freebies off those of us who had jobs. The people who didn't have jobs, didn't have a yard for him to park in or money to donate to him. I thought he was a prick. Later his own kids killed him. Guess they thought so too.
This summer's convention program and our last assembly day nearly sent me screaming and running down the aisles !!!! Quote :" Oh no Brother I have no regrets turning down the four year Scholarship I was Offered , I am so much more happier pioneering ! " Gag ,Gag ,HURL All I could think was yeah kid wait 30 years of cleaning floors , or toilets and you'll be re-thinking the logic on that one . Where do they find these step-ford pioneers anyways ? My husband and I grew up in the anti college years of the 70's and we each work several jobs just to make ends meet .But of course neither of us pioneer or even auxillary so we couldn't expect to be blessed as the others .Dang always our fault ! Things that make you go HMMMMmmm: At book study this week a sister made the comment ," we are not living in reality right now , what is truly real will be in the new system" Okay.......maybe it's just that you can't deal with reality.........
You got that right..........I know one of the younger members from my younger days (Lett). He wont be much better.... Mommas boy... his dads money got him were he is. It's easy to be "spiritual" (read: work for free in Bethel and Circuit work) when Mom and Dad have your back.
Question: How many of those dingbats every worked a straight job and raised kids?

They have trouble distinquishing between reality and unreality, between normal and abnormal. That's why the witness world is so dysfunctional.
Reality sucks. I've given up on it. I'm now looking for a good fantasy
