Hey all,

I have a friend who's reading Knowledge That Leads to Everlasting Life and I need some help with refutation, opposing views, etc. Are there any good past posts on here regarding this book and/or good web sites?

There's also a booklet from Wilbur Lingle available from freeminds.org which refutes it. It misses some good points but also makes some good points.

I'm currently "studying" that book too...pm me and I can send you some of my notes if you like.

Knowledge That Leads to Everlasting Life

You could keep it real simple and say...."lets examine the title of this book and see if it has ANY scriptural merit for it's title".

Then, see if you can find ANY scriptures that support the fact that "knowledge" is what gives life....OR if Everlasting Life is in faith and belief in Christ. I'm sure you'll find the latter will be the easiest to find. In fact, I'll even BET the studying person 100 bucks I'm right!

Isn't it funny that they think that knowledge leads to ever lasting life when all real christian faiths teach that Jesus Christ is the key to everlasting life. What a dumbo religion the JW society are..... and I was dumbo to fall for it.
