Some Witnesses might not really believe that they don't have "the Truth". Sure, they know about some of the past errors but they bury it because they feel everyone is imperfect and can make mistakes....But are these just simple "mistakes" or is the Watchtower Organization simply wrong? What things can you think of that show that the Watchtower has a "pattern" of never getting it right---even to this day???

There is no such thing as a "Faithful and Discreet Slave" class. We are all brothers and sisters.
Jesus did not come back, invisibly, in 1914. Jesus, when he comes back, will return visibly and loudly, so there is no mistake.
The WT needs to create a shortlist of positive doctrines (no negative ones), no more than a page in length.
There needs to be a broad expansion of roles in the congregations, especially for the women, just like in the early church. There should be seamstresses, full-time prayer partners, teachers for the children, soup kitchens, nursing homes, and on and on.
The TMS will have the same examination for both men and women. We both have brains and voice-boxes, both can preach.
No more time cards. No more attendance-keepers. These are an abomination to the Lord.
Grievances are first to be settled between brothers without any intervention from the elders.
No more judicial committees.
Leadership must repent for past errors.

The fact that there is an organisation in the first place, whoever suggested that to find true worship you needed a multi billion dollar corporation to advance its cause.

Over the decades, the WTS has felt free to comment on just about everything, and it has been viewed as though coming directly from God himself. This has, in turn, given the elders the authority to stick their noses into just about every conceivable aspect of the lives of the brothers and sisters.
I can't tell you how wrong I think that is.
The concept of 144,000 specially anointed, and that group comprising the only true Christians from 33 CE to 1935 is simply a ridiculous doctrine.
JW "science." Absurd.
Any claims they make to being chosen or appointed by god..
The idea that we are living in the last days.
Those are among the ones that trouble me the most.

Like Carla, I think it would be easier to consider what they have right.

Well, I can't fault that they encourage "right living" and generally are law-abiding, tax-paying citizens. Though they take their standards too far, into Phariseeical proportions, and try to wriggle out of paying any tax that they can, even if what the do pay goes ino on time. They also erode that point somewhat by holding people back from what they truly might be (especially concerning their level of education and career choices), hence causing a hinderance on what they could contribute to society.
The encourage literacy and the ability to speak publically.

Hmmm, that would be about it.
