Auld, thank you for your response. I imagine it must have been both sobering and sad to hear the experiences of witnesses facing the blood issue through your dad. To me, this is similar to the Jonestown Masscre. It involves very similar mind control. While in this case, the deaths come one at a time, if we had an exact count of the dead and injured, I am sure the news would far eclipse the Jonestown Mass Suicide/Murder in number.
Miker2, how sad for the lady with the hip surgery problems. What suffering she must have endured. Thank you for your account, written in such charming English. We love having you here at JWD. Please stay a while.
Elsewhere, I'm sad for your cousin and all of you who miss him. Having dealt with doctors and hospitals, I know that your cousin's stand involved a lot of fear, sadness and stress to an already challenging and frightening ordeal with cancer. Cancer is bad enough, you know? But to heap fear of everlasting destruction onto his burden and that of his JW family is unforgiveable. RIP Berry S.
Lady Lee, were you speaking of the Rhogam shot? Sounds like you faced similar problems to what I dealt with. I hope your children are well and whole now.
(((((((((Serendipity)))))))))), I cannot find words to tell you how sad I feel for your loss. Like you and I have noted in our posts, the blood issue can cause big problems with quality of life. You all had to live without your father and then lost your mother emotionally. My family had to deal with a chronically ill, weak, fragile melancholy mother and wife/me.
Hi, Sweetie!!! Enjoyed our little mini Apostagetogether last weekend!! You are as sweet and loveable in person as your screen personality here!!
Terri, I enjoyed it, too. You and Dean are so down to earth and made me feel right at home. I wish we lived closer together. You have such a cozy corner on this earth. You'e a gracious hostess. Thanks for helping me through the snow.
So they allowed your husband to store his own blood after telling all of us not to do it. That is infuriating. I'm glad he was saved. I am sad for all of the JW's who could have been saved by storing and using their own blood, but didn't and then died.
