Badderboy:
Can you give details of what the WT says? page number?

I haven't actually got the publication with me at the moment, but essentially they are saying he couldn't have been born in december because the shepherds wouldn't have been out in the fields.
They reason that Jesus was 33 and a half at the time of his cruxification meaning he was born in october.

They've always maintained that, but I was very curious about the October 1 birthdate - how certain are they of that date? What's the words used or the sentence?

Here you go.

Also, a little known fact is that most of these records were lost at the burning of Alexandria. Jesus' birth registration, however, was miraculously preserved by a little girl who stuffed the linen fragment in to a fruit basket and set it afloat down the Nile. This fruit basket eventually made it's way across the Medeterranian sea to the town of Tarragona.
The natives were so amazed that the fruit was preserved in it's long voyage, they built a special crypt to store the basket entire, and a fruit-cult secretly worshipped the fruit-basket these centuries past.

Just this past year, noted professor and antiquity hunter Sydney Fox located the relic and the birth certificate buried within.

I found this on their site
"It is clear from this that our Saviour was born before the 25th of December . . . At that time it is cold, and especially in the high and mountainous regions about Bethlehem. God has concealed the time of [Jesus'] birth. . . . Nor was it of consequence to know the time; if it had been, God would have preserved the record of it."
It's funny how they refer to Jesus as our "Savior" and not Jehovah.
