  Exactly! IF the Garden of Eden story is a myth the whole caboodle is hypothetical so it doesn't matter. JWs need to have someone to blame (mainly now to cover up their own mess), so why not blame Satan!

  Assuming the Garden of Eden story IS true, would you really want to thank Satan for giving us this life? Undoubtedly there ARE some beautiful moments/times/experiences but they are temporary. There is more anguish than happiness overall, I should say. That's nothing to be thankful for. Rather, I would like to thank those who have laid down a path on how to overcome this suffering.

  ya, i get what you are saying dansk. but after what jehovah/God has done to humankind, and my life, assuming that he and satan did exist, i would still go with satan. i'm not just saying that to be a badass. i mean it. based on their track records with humans, and that god prefered to subjegate humans, while satan just wanted to set them free, and to have a good time, i would go with satan.

  i don't want to be a slave. if i go with god, i MUST agree with him. if i go with satan, i don't even have to agree with him. i could call him a mo-fo to his face, and he'd probably laugh and say "now you're talking dude..." lol.

  But Adam and Eve were to fill the earth. Why would it of been only one generation??

  Dont forget that in paradise humans would be immortal so really the age of people would be irrelevant. as Adam and Eve's children produce offspring, perfect babies who are being born would be going nowhere, then presumably every human would grow into an adult without suffering with old age sickness and death.

  No not really but i wouldnt want to thank God either as we wouldnt even have this life if Jehovah had his way and Adam and Eve didnt choose to reject his way of ruling mankind.
