However, insects are not included in the meaning of behemah or remes in Genesis 6:19-20, so Noah probably would not have taken them on board as passengers anyway.
So how did the ysurvive -how come there are so many species now?

Stillaexjwpeon,
>So the T-rex and Brontosauraus sinned -sorry hooberus I am sat here laughing my f----g ass off - you guys are good entertainment -next you will be telling me Noah took 850,000 male and female pairs of insects into the ark
God takes care of the (small) details when He doesn't explain it all...LOL. Do you have any notion that the story of Noah's Ark is a type of the plan of salvation? Those who were IN the Ark were chosen by God, sealed in safety by God and delivered from certain death by God! They were given GRACE instead of JUDGEMENT. Merry Christmas!

Whatever - which of Noahs sons went to the artic to collect the polar bears
How many technological advances have been brought about by religious types?
Human cloning by the Raelians?
The fact that many scientists were religious types didn't keep them from being placed under house arrest for many years (Gallileo) or their writings condemed (Copernicus) or their followers burned at the state for holding scientific views not compatible with the religious teaching of the day.
For all who are so certain of their faith I challenge your uniquisitive minds to head over to www.talkorigins.org and give yourself a fair chance to see just how debunked every ID claim is. Or are you gonna say that's all "apostate propaganda"?
FS Monster,
Much of what you have written are individual assertions of individual apologists. There is also the fact that much of what Talk Origins claims as 'proof' are just as valid for creationists! It all depends on your presuppositions. All of us can be duped by this. If you read one side of the argument long enough you will believe that side of the argument. It is self-fullfilling because you are not a bit unbiased. If you spent the same amount of time looking at the evidence for I.D., especially regarding the lack of conclusive evidence for most naturalist assertions, you would see it the other way! It takes much more faith to believe in the naturalistic explanation of origins than it does to believe in a creator.

All of the early scientists were 'religious types'...in fact practically all throughout history have been so!
This is true, but it's also a tad misleading. Religion was part and parcel of life for millenia. Practically every person then (and most even still today) are "religious types". If any discovery was going to made, a religious type was bound to make it.
Interesting though to compare how rapidly technology advances in comparison to how strongly the society advancing it is religious. Look at the strides in technology in the past 100 years, the same period that religion has played a much lighter role in man's affairs.
Dave
stillaJWpeon,
You have no idea how small a number of each species would be needed to continue all of the genetic variants? Besides that, I am trying to get people to see the spiritual significance of the deluge story as related to salvation itself and the coming of the messiah.
Rex
Dave,
The MOST Christian religious country has far outstripped the rest of the world in technology and is now hated for it by the have nots and despots. America has freed and redeemed more of humanity with its brand of 'imperialism', yet the hate is directed more at us than at anyone except the Jews.
