If the Jehovahs witness cult was a movie. what type do you think it would be. comedy horror? tear jerker?

I would envision a "Not Without My Daughter" type drama.

Depends on what it's about. If it's just about someone in the cult, it could be a very Lifetime chick flick stupid movie. It could make a good drama though, if done right, if the right story was used and so on. But I don't know how easy it would be to fill an hour and a half and so on.

I think it could make a great Comedy,

They could show two sisters in a heated argument as to who's call (return visit) it belongs to.

They could show a sister barking at the brother in charge as to which side of the street gets worked first in field ministry.

Or a sister or brother complaining to the Watchtower conductor as to why they were not called on to answer.

How about all the goofy mistakes on the glorious building projects that could be rather entertaining especially if you show the brother fighting as who is right on the correct building method.

Yep, I think you have something there, this could be a great comedy if done right, so funny it would make you cry.

There was actually a movie on the internet about 4 or 5 years ago done by a JW apologist, I think it was in the early flash days.

It was horrible. A lady was on a rock with her baby drowning while Jehoober happily destroyed 99% of all mankind so 1% could like forever in a paradise!

I thought this was what you were talking about. Does anyone remember or have a link?

This movie spoke more about them that anything I could every produce.

If done well - a documentery that hits on the emotions and how it tears families apart. It could follow 3 families -

sexual abuse
blood issue
shunning

Heck that could be just my family
