Why not look at it as an act of love, rather than an annoyance?
I can't rid myself of my overzealous family

Hey, just throw them out, don't look at them. Or take them over to their house and shove them in their mailbox after you have made some insightful comments (see my WT reviews for ideas). They can't be that old that they won't get the message.
I don't know where you live, but in this country it is a federal offense to put anything in the mailbox anyway.

It is not an act of love to force your religious views upon someone who has expressed a desire for you to stop doing so! It's not love, it's obnoxious and RUDE.
Tell them if they are not going to respect your wishes, you are going to give the publications to your friend to be posted on the internet and critiquted. Or that you're leaving the litter-ature in public places with a written critique of the errors and big neon stickers that say "warning--cult material." Or you could be devious and turn them in.
