Danny Haszard has NO personal ego i am omnipresent in cyberspace to expose my watchtower enemy.A recent google search of my name yields a result of +21,000 pages,many of these are in forums against Jdub apologist trolls who in about 80% of the cases deny LIE that they are witnesses of their God Jehovah.
Think long and hard WHO is this wacked out but them?
What could it be that drove the FDS to discourage their R&F from using the net to promote their religion as they would on a house to house basis? I suppose it's because there are a lot of knowledgeable individuals on the net that can home in on the JWs and show them how rotten the doctrines of the FDS are.
We benefited greatly because the dubs don't have a strong prescence in cyberspace, google "jehovah, watchtower" and almost all sites that come up are anti JW.

The Society is fighting a losing battle on this one. How many JWs actually STOP going to any particular online sites as a result of such warnings? My guess is--none.
This is like the constant harping on not wearing casual clothing after an assembly session, or not listening to rap music. The ones who were doing it already will just keep on doing it since they consider it nobody else's business anyway.
I believe that this was the kingdom Ministry that moved me to find out how to use this new internet thingy. I went to the Public Library, took lessons and used their terminals to search for key words . I found Freeminds, linked to this board and the rest is history. They did me a great service and I suspect a lot of others too..

Because of listening to the devil and not rejecting his lies, the first human pair apostasized. So then, should we listen to apostates, read their literature,or examine their websites on the internet? If we love God and the truth we will not do so. We should not allow apostates into our homes or even greet them, for such actions would make us "sharers in their wicked works"(2 John 9 11) May we never succomb to the to the Devils wiles by abandoning the Christian path of truth to follow false teachers who seek to introduce "ruinous ideologies" and try to exploit us with well turned phrases.
I guess that could be interpreted as saying that visiting this and other anti JW sites is a disfellowshipping offence. But I think that the application of it will be up to individual bodies of elders, and ,as we know, they can vary enormously. It also depends on whether they want to get rid of a person or not..
I beleive that this has been the case already anyway. I have read experiences on line of people being d/fd for that . Other bodies, like the congo. that I go along to with my wife, seem to take an attitude like Lord Nelson who purportedly put a telescope to his blind eye when he did not want to see anything

We all know that dubs never do their own research - they're not allowed to!
That's why Public Talk outlines are provided to the speakers. Can you imagine amy elder doing his own research and writing his own sermon? Yet that's what ministers of religion do week in, week out. Yet the WTS have the temerity to denigrate these men as uneducated in the Bible!!!!!!
I recall in one country congregation one elder simply read the outline and joined each line with a conjunction! That was the extent of his "research"!
It makes me laugh how they skirt round this subject. The real bottom line is 'dont do ANY research in any publication except ours'. But they want to maintain the pretense that they are 'bible students'. It gets tricky trying to promote research but only into one source of material (theirs).
Mostly people are too stupid to notice, or too thick to want to do any research anyway, but now and again they have to deal with a 'rogue' - (a genuine hearted seeker of truth) who gets all over excited and starts doing genuine research into all sorts of sources. The rogue thinks he is doing a good thing by using lots of other sources to 'prove' witness truths. But the society knows that these are highly dangerous individuals who will eventually stumble over something that doesnt support the witness truth. Then a whole mess unravels as the rogue (genuine seeker of truth) gets drawn into all sorts of problems trying to bridge the gap between the witness truth and the irreconcilable facts they have unwittingly discovered.
Thank god we all got out.

It would make the old bald bastards in Brooklyn have a stroke if they knew how many dubbies peeked at ex-dub sites. As you said, many dubs set their own standards as to what they will and will not do. Some watch R-rated movies, some many masterbate, some love hard rock and roll, some practice oral sex, and the list go's on of things dubs do that they are NOT supposed to do.

I suppose if they found out (elders) that a publisher was abusing the internet and entertaining anti-witness sites, they would question you the same as any DFing offense since this activity boarders on apostacy depending on the lurkers attitude about them being found out about.
Ozmeister, I did not print out the whole article as it was to long, however the point was made in it as you say..........the Slave provides the food(research) and we are to ingest it without buying or looking for our OWN food. One thing I like about christendoms methods of instucting..........your able to use ONE BOOK as the authority, not several books that are copywritten to a buisness in New York.

Many many dubs WANT to be led........like my spouse. She's not the research type. She would rather have the bible like a convienence market( Circle K, etc.) To have all the answers provided in a paragraph and all you have to do is take a yellow highlighter and quickly find the answers in this fast paced world we live is just the ticket for lazy sheep who would rather have the shepard bring the food to them rather than walk to the barn to get it themselves.
