There is a realization I have come to over the 8+ years since I attended regularly.
The Jehovah's Witness cult is a cult of child-haters.
I don't know any other way to say it.

The pressure placed on parents of small ones to have perfect behaving children was overwhelming. I hated going to visit my parents' congregation when my girls were little. My father was PO and would always have some snide remark about how embarrasing it was when the noisey, misbehaving child was his own grandchild.
