Okay, thanks for the advice, I'll keep an eye out on ebay. Is downloading the Watchtower CD-ROM from reexamine.org the same as the one that I can buy?

Yes. The very same. It is an ISO file, so you have to have a CD burner and CD-burning software to use it, but it is the same thing.
