Nice finds, Devon. I tried Watchtower% for a wildcard search, but nothing else came up. Just those two cases.
One is claiming a tort of negligence, the other claiming "other torts."

There's not a lot of info beyond who the attorneys are. These things are set for dockets in mid- to late 2006. No motion filings yet or anything, and likely to be settled out of court.

Yes they may settle out of court but when they "downsize" more to accomodate the bottomline for the shareholders it will get interesting.
Yes of course the WTS will stipulate a ban on discussing the case both them and the plaintif. We will get leaks though and it will hurt them.
