What if you knew for a fact they knew who you were and they were tracking you, would it change the way you post now?

Yes. I've talked about my in-law's quite a bit. I'd probably start referring to them as 'this JW family I know' or something like that.

No way, If i had family that were witnesses still, I would tell embarrassing stories making them sound dumb referring to them as "this JW family i know" but clearly making it obvious its about them, haha, but I don't have any family left in it so no fun for Desiree

They need to hear it. I only have a step-daughter and son still trapped in the cult. There was a woman but she is not related to me anymore because I started reading my Bible and rebelling aginst WT directives to use the Bible along with their diabolical apostate literature.
I think they do, at least I really hope they do. My family knows me well enough to understand that if I have taken a stand like this (to become part of an Apostate™ community) it's due to well founded research about the WTS on my part and that the WTS has been found by me to be a cult. One that I want no part of, they are evil and I can never get back the years I spent in that cult, neither can they!
I can only hope they lurk as I did and discover what I have and take steps to get out of the cult!
That is SO far out of my realm of fear I can't even begin to tell you! First of all that would suppose that they had a computer. Can't use the evil demonized things if you don't have one! Second if they did they would only use it for emails because they are totally scared of the internet. Third, I really haven't cared what they think for so long that it doesn't even come up in my mind. If they did know what I post they would think I'm lying, because the things they imagine about me and the things I do and people I hang out with are so much more evil than what happens on a day to day basis!

Not at all. If I knew they were here I would let them know that when you leave the borg you don't turn to a life of depression, drug abuse, alcoholism, prostitution, gambling etc.

Since I da'ed I have sent one of my sisters a few emails. 2 were fairly fluffy and I think they were forwarded from someone else.
Yesterday I saw something on here about child abuse and copied a portion of it and sent it, I did this at my own risk that she would tell me to cut it out. Well, she did more then that. She went back to our other sister whose husband is an elder and had him call me to say that I am to have absolutely no contact with them.
I sent my sister one last email, basically letting her know (in my own way) there would be no contact.
Her husband sent one back that eluded to things that people have said to me on this and another forum.
Today I thought that I might just stop posting. But now I'm thinking, if they're watching, is there any way that I can use this as an oppurtunity to get to them? I do agree with you Sherry. I know many witnesses where the head of the house won't allow internet in the house.

If any Dub family outside my immeadiate family knows, I'd be screwed. So why bother? As it is, my immeadiate family already knows and don't care.
