Is it possible the cab driver, Wilson, and his wife are dubs? Seems like that came up in an earlier post when this incident first made the news. If so, perhaps that's what prompted the judge's decision. Anybody know?

If they are, you'd think the article would have alluded to it - and possibly had great delight in mentioning that the offender actually belonged to the religion. In this regard, it would be interesting to know what had actually happened: What racial slur(s) had he uttered?
I got impression from article that the offender is not a JW - but quite how he came about "selecting" the kingdom hall is not answered in the article itself.
