My weakness is also chocolate but at least it is very nutritious unlike soft drinks (sodas) and chips.

Poutine, LOL. Did you happen to see the Martha Stewart show when Shania Twain was on and they made poutine together? It kinda got messed up when it came to the gravy part. And Martha asked what the word poutine meant and Shania didn't know. I didn't know it was suposed to have that much cheese--is that white stuff all cheese JH? Wow. Looks like a pound of cheese.

My addiction has always been sugar. Over the last month, I've been exercising regularly and eating healthy by following the pyramid plan. For the first time in my entire life, I am sleeping less and not craving sugar so much. It is really amazing! I do eat a little dark chocolate each day or I have a cup of hot cocoa (just so I can fit in my required servings of dairy). I do miss having a regular dessert every day though--man do I miss it--but I don't crave it.

OK I admit I've got that one too. I don't even like them long--it's just that I feel so much more confident with a professional manicure!
