Last skating party I went to when I was active was during the mid 80s (around 85). After that I dont think they had anymore in the area of Arkansas where I lived.

Yeah everyone would always clear the floor when the bad songs came on. Usually a couple of people would leave and then everyone else left skating didnt want to look bad so they would all leave.
Remember any of the "bad songs"? Hmm, I can imagine "Physical" by Olivia Newton John was probably on the list...
I wasn't a JW but still had similar parties with groups from my church! Even went to rollerskating birthday parties .
