I really object to the redistribution of WTS literature, i.e. ebay. It just increases the likelihood some new unsuspecting person will join a destructive cult. I put them in my recycling bin/trash only after soaking them in water to ensure the print is too blurred to read, so no one will join up after picking my trash.

Because the cheap watchtower uses less china clay to give the mags that glossy slick look,they would have been the prefered product for out-house paper in the old days.
