JW books, magazines, videos, cd music, calendars, and any other product manufactured in FalseProphetTower is a part of their false Phareesei worship, and should be banned in schools also. DeadWoodTower worshipers are followers of man made false religion created by smart salesman Ru$$ell. According to him, to gaing salvation, EVERYBODY have to read and follow his crazy 7volumes of Lunacy.

I can't believe that I belonged to such a load of idiots for such a long time.

This story is one of those "urban legend" type stories that the press puts out when they are short of real news. Normally the villains of this story are Muslims that have objected to the hot cross buns. I've seen the same story with Muslims playing the panto villain several times.

Blondie my gut feeling is that the school is more likely to make these decisions rather than the normally low profile JWs kicking off.
As Slugga points out, the moslems are normally in the front line. Banning things like piggy banks because they may offend moslems simply brings embarassment on the part of moslems. In most cases they find this overboard sycophantic attempt to keep them happy as ridiculous and a waste of time.

The buns sholda have " Ru$$ell" name baked on top, that way will be acceptable by "persecuted JW wolfs".

The JW issue is a bit of a red herring. I know witnesses down in East Anglia & apparently the report is misleading as it is Islamic pupils who requested the ban. In Britain , schools are terrified of upsetting Moslems.Hot cross buns have been banned in most London schools for the last few years (see link)
